East Hampton - Private Clearwater Beach Association w/ beach, pool and hot tub!

This beautiful home was fully renovated in 2022. The floor plan is ideal for entertaining with an open concept feel. Relax by the double sided gas fireplace or sit in the sunroom to watch the stars! The backyard has a private heated pool, propane fire table, and a hot tub to help you relax and unwind! The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a walk in closet with french doors that open to the deck. Master also has a large desk with monitors that is perfect for todays remote work environment! There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin xl beds. The queen guest room features the cozy gas fireplace. These two bedrooms share a bathroom and there is an additional powder room in the entrance hall. The home has an attached two car garage of which one stall will be useable. There are several bicycles available to explore the area. The home is stocked with a corn hole set, a poker set and several puzzles and games as well as a gas grill. Smart tv with YouTube TV and all the apps. Beach chairs, towels and household linens are provided.

The home is located within Clearwater Beach Association with offers a private community beach and recreation center. There is a calm beach with lifeguards in season, a playground, picnic and grill area, marina, basketball, and horseshoes. Within a 8 minute drive there is an East Hampton youth park that offers basketball, tennis, a skate park, playground and track for kids. Across the street from that there are town tennis courts that you may use free of charge. While we love the calm beach at our private association and Gerard's point, the East Hampton and Amagansett Beaches are a quick drive (about 12 minutes- 5 miles) away and worth the trip! Personally we adore Atlantic Beach were the lunch Shack has some of the best food around! Dogs are welcome at the beach in certain areas too! Paddle Dive on Three Mile Harbor offers some of the best water sports rentals and paddle lessons, and Three Mile Harbor Marina has all types of boat rental if you want to get out on the water.

Located at the tip of the Springs the house is an easy walk, or bike ride to Gerard's Point where you can swim, fish, paddleboard and enjoy the immense beauty of the natural surroundings. In addition to Gerard's Point there are multiple other beaches and parks to explore! There is a public tennis court a short drive away and a phenomenal farmers market each Saturday morning. The Springs is known for being home to Jackson Pollock and you can tour his home which is now an art museum dedicated to his life.

NOTE: The entire backyard is fenced in the pool does not have a perimeter fence. The doors do have pool alarms.
