Esta encantadora casa de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños ofrece comodidad y calidad en una ubicación tranquila cerca de la ciudad y las playas. tiene una piscina climatizada aislada de 20X40, ducha exterior fría y caliente, tres niveles de terraza, un cenador con servicio de fregadero incorporado, fuente para beber y parrilla de gas Weber. El mobiliario de la cubierta incluye dos mesas de comedor, tumbonas, sombrillas, un comedero para colibríes y mucho sol. La propiedad está incrustada en zonas verdes y rodeada por dos lados por acres de "cinturón verde" indestructible que proporciona a la casa y la piscina una privacidad inusual.

Tendrás el código de entrada para dos canchas de tenis cerradas a la vuelta de la esquina a una corta distancia a pie.

Un gran "extra" de la casa es su espacioso salón inferior alfombrado que alberga un sistema de cine en casa con un televisor Samsung 3D de 55 pulgadas y sonido envolvente y muchas más comodidades, como una vinoteca, un mini lavavajillas, un fregadero, un segundo refrigerador grande / congelador, un tercer baño completo, un área de oficina con impresora HP, un sofá cama doble y un moderno compartimento de lavandería cerrado.

La casa tiene aire acondicionado / calefacción central de tres zonas con un termostato "Nest" en los tres pisos, internet de alta velocidad y WiFi. Un sistema de riego automático sirve a los plantadores de cubierta, así como a los terrenos, sin necesidad de regar las flores.

Wonderful family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this East Hampton home! The pool deck and natural wooded ambiance was spectacular. So much privacy and peacefulness. We loved having the tennis courts as nearby amenity. Our hosts could not have been more communicative, accommodating and kind! The home was well stocked with coffee, paper towels, etc. We had a most memorable month at this home! Thank you Michael and Patricia!!!

PERFECTION in every possible way!

As not only a lifelong Hampton- summer person/New Yorker but also as a former Southampton house owner, I can share with you that Michael is an outstanding person to rent from. Not only was his communication flawless throughout, but his home is so thoughtfully furnished, perfectly laid out and simply best in class. It also has wonderful energy. The pool is amazing and frankly I cant say enough good things about my 4 week experience as a renter this past summer. 5**** all the way! My family loves you Michael!!!

Bright, beautiful, clean, quiet. Ideal getaway for family or couple.

Location convenient to all attractions, yet feeling of seclusion and privacy. Airy, cheerful high ceiling home with bright white decor. Fully furnished and stocked. Very high tech entertainment complex. Lovely, large pool. Owners meticulous and helpful. In short, a wonderful haven for any group, whether a sizable, boisterous family or a private couple like us, whether one is looking to sample all the nearby outside attractions or be content to savor the beautiful, high tech home and spacious pool.

Perfect rental for family!

I can sum up that our stay was perfect! The location of the house was 6 minutes to town of East Hampton and 25 minutes to Montauk. Besides being perfectly located, the layout of the house was excellent. We fully enjoyed the pool and outdoor bbq. Would recommend this property to a family with children.

Simply perfect!

The house, the location and the owner are excellent! Everything is as described: the house is spacious, open and you have this very warm feeling once you see it. We'll do it again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic getaway house

Michael's house was perfect for our family's getaway. His house was very modern and updated. We loved the large heated pool. The pool was well maintained and clean. The water temperature was adjustable which allowed us to swim anytime whenever we wanted-- in the morning, afternoon, and even before dinner! Michael also provided us with the access code to the nearby tennis court, walk-able distance from the house. We used the tennis court everyday, the walk was very pleasant. I wish we had more time to enjoy the fun stuff in the house, especially the downstairs home theater room -- a huge TV with surround systems and various 3D movies that come with 3d glasses. Each bedroom came with a TV, the master bedroom had a 4k TV, and the house was equipped with in-wall Bose speakers. The kitchen was fully functioning, and everything we need was provided. The house was quite and private. At night, we would fall asleep to the sound of crickets, it was very peaceful and relaxing. Overall, we had a great time in this lovely house. I would definitely recommend Michael's place and would love to stay again :)

Great Family Retreat in East Hampton

This property was the perfect place for our family vacation in East Hampton. A quiet wooded location with a beautiful heated swimming pool, large deck and barbeque. The house is clean and has comfortable furniture and beds throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with appliances, cooking utensils, dishes, herbs & spices and Starbucks K-cups. The Sonos sound system and home theater were perfect when we were not out and about exploring East Hampton, Montauk and other nearby towns. We look forward to coming back next year.

Great house in quiet area with pool!

My group and I loved Michael's house, it was the perfect house to enjoy our long weekend in the Hamptons! The location great, being only a 5 minute drive to the town of East Hampton made is very convenient to go to restaurants, shops, the beach and grocery stores. With that said though, the house was in a beautiful, wooded area that felt very private and quiet and not like it was in the center of all of the commotion of town. The house had everything that we needed for the weekend! It was very clean, comfortable, had central AC (which is a MUST during the Summer!), and was stocked with all supplies that we needed. From kitchen utensils, to a grill, towels, sheets, paper towels, Michael made the house walk-in ready without us having to supply everything. We also loved the outdoor area. The pool was great to be able to cool off in and we loved spending time outside on the deck grilling and relaxing. Michael was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process leading up to our stay and during our stay. He left great instructions for the home and recommendations for restaurants, beaches and local attractions. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone who is interested in having a relaxing vacation out in the Hamptons and being conveniently located to town!

Wonderful East Hampton Retreat

This house is in a very quiet neighborhood but is also very close to town and convenient to shopping, dining, and beaches. The house itself is very comfortable and the owner has outfitted it with virtually everything you would need. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms have very comfortable beds and very nice linens and pillows. The pool is huge and perfectly maintained with ample decks and outdoor furniture including an excellent grill. The electronics are state of the art with a great downstairs viewing room to watch tv and movies, and tvs in every room. And best of all, the owner is extremely nice to deal and was very prompt in getting back to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We found this listing to be quite lovely and comfortable. The furnishings were tastefully appointed and the location was quiet with no disturbance from neighboring homes. The pool setting was restful and provided much fun. We took advantage of the tennis court nearby, the grocery stores, and museums and, of course the accessibility to other Hampton villages topped off our stay. Hopefully, we will be able to return.

Great experience !

Me and my family rented this property for 3 weeks, the house was perfect, the kitchen and bbq had everything you need to make owr stay perfect, the rooms are very comfortable! The pool is perfectly oriented so the temperature is always over 18/20c (it also has a heater if you want). The tv room downstairs is more like a private cinema perfect to enjoy pleasant nights. The location of the house is very very calm very nice to go walking and scape from the traffic, another great thing is that we had access to a Tennis court which we use every day either early in the morning or in the afternoon! It also has 2 outdoor dinner tables with shade perfect for lunch and night bbqs! The only bad thing i can say about our stay is that we weren't able to stay more time! Highly recommended to enjoy and relax.
