The space
The unit is a 1200 sq. ft. 2 bed 3 full bath and located on the 3rd floor, offering stunning views of the village and ski resort. Enjoy reserved parking, full kitchen with all new appliances, blazing fast fiber-optic WiFi, high-quality beds (Sealy Posturepedic hybrid), gorgeous natural wood family table, deck, jacuzzi tub, fireplace, washer & dryer, 50” Roku TVs, kids games and activities, comfy work desk with mountain views, solid wood furniture and brand-new carpet. In the unit you will find brand-new carpeting with plush memory foam lining (every step is heaven!) and high-quality amenities like Egyptian cotton sheets, quality pillows and towels. There is even an area at unit entrance to leave your equipment, boots and wet gear if you do not want to bring it inside.

The ski-in/out access from this unit is unmatched. There are only a few slope-side buildings at Kirkwood, this is one of them. Sip your coffee on the deck as you watch the sun rise over Kirkwood while the staff opens up the mountain. Then put on your gear and walk out the door to the main mountain chairlifts (Chairs 6/5/10/11/1), it’s that simple! Everything you need is a short walk away, including being first in line on a powder day! Nothing beats a few steps to-and-from your unit and the ski resort. Repeat, repeat, repeat! Ha!

Early/Late check in/out policy:
When we can accommodate, an early or late check out can be made available for a $50 fee. The reason we charge this fee is because Kirkwood has the highest utility costs in the country.


* please note that we do not give refunds due to inclement weather or road conditions… Kirkwood is a very remote place and if you’re not prepared to travel in the snow, do not book my unit!

You can access the front unit entrance to keep equipment, private parking lot and patio area in front of building.
