Nola Experience

1st impression of neighborhood was sketchy. Acr from a Sheriff office so it made us feel more comfortable. Surprisingly the location was perfect! Literally 5 to 10 mins from EVERYTHING!! The house was beautiful & spacious.Ended up meeting the owners in person, they were very nice! They gave us some history of the area plus suggestions on places to visit. We would definitely stay there again!!

Great Stay

Cute place!! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Host was very communicative as well. Location was residential, so not very walkable but it was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the place - full of character and New Orleans charm! Very spacious and comfortable, had everything we needed. Good location and parking. I very much appreciated the easy communication with the host. I would definitely recommend this beautiful house and would love to stay here again.

My special week

This is such a beautiful home and had all the amenities we needed for our stay very clean smell so fresh everything in the house was nice and new easy location to go to downtown. I had my wedding during my stay it was wonderful every time I come I would love to stay again !!

Great House for a large group

The house was well maintained, clean, and fully updated. Host was communicative and accommodating. We had a large bachelor party group and the accommodations worked out great.

Nice spot for big group!

This was a great spot for my buddies bachelor party! We had a group of 9 and the French quarter and Frenchmen street were just a short Uber ride away. Always a quick response from host and the home has everything needed for a comfortable stay! Highly recommend! - Anthony

This property was very clean and centrally located. It presents as a homelike environment. The host was responsive to questions and solved issues immediately. Beds were comfortable and I would stay there again!

Relaxing at its best!

Everything about the stay was amazing. yes the area is normal New Orleans area but it was so safe right across the street from the sheriffs department. everything was within a 5 to 10 minute uber away. We couldn’t have asked for a better place . the home itself was just amazing. the pictures does it no justice try it for yourself!!

Perfect for Family’s

This place was exactly as pictured. Clean and convenient. Be aware there is street work going around in neighborhood but has nothing to do with the home or owner. Neighborhood seems to be getting revitalized and home is across from sheriffs office so felt completely safe. Back deck was a plus got to relax and enjoy the family. Kids liked the game room. Owner communicated effectively. Would recommend and will stay again.

Perfect for a group

We were very impressed with the house! It was perfect for our group of 6 college student-leaders, and a sponsor. The house was well-appointed, clean, and was very comfortable. The students enjoyed the video games, and the common spaces were perfect for our group. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood, as we arrived after dark, but were very comforted seeing the Sheriff's office directly across the street. We felt very safe. The home is tastefully decorated and we very much look forward to returning and recommend it highly to others.

Bachelorette Party

We stayed here for a bachelorette party! The neighborhood is sketchy but we were always out anyway. It was a 10 minute uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go so it was perfect. So spacious & clean. It was a hot weekend and we were able to adjust the AC perfectly. The host was very responsive & allowed early check in for a fee. Upon checkout there was no crazy rules or cleaning instructions so that was nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Bachelorette weekend

This place was humongous! Fit all of us perfectly & comfortably. My girlfriends and I headed out to New Orleans for my bachelorette trip & I was able to stay in close contact with the property manager throughout my stay. Very clean & had everything we needed. Transportation to all of the activities we had planned was about a 10-15 min Uber trip. Not bad at all. Construction around the neighborhood was a little annoying especially the morning after our festivities but overall this place

Perfect Location

This was my first time coming to New Orleans and staying outside of the Quarter. This is the perfect location! Mid City is great for anyone coming to NOLA wanting to stay out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. There was a group of 9 ladies celebrating gathering for our annual friendship celebration. The accommodations were plentiful. There was lots of towels, seating and space for us to move about freely and comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet even with the work being performed by the city. Do not be swayed by the other reviews or notes about the house being across the stress for Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Department, they are the best neighbors ever! There is no traffic day or night -foot or car. We were able to easily access various parts of the city in any direction from this location with ease of access to I-10 and a quick 2 mile drive into downtown and the Quarter. We loved this house. It felt like home and look forward to visiting this or any of their properties in this neighborhood again!

Great spot in Nola!

We had a great vacation with some friends from another state. The house was super clean and easily spacious enough for both our families with kids. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a space in Nola.

Excellent property and location!

First, this property is right across the street from police station, so SAFE, safe! Not loud, not a busy street. There were 2 barbeque grills in the back yard. We would all stay at this house again. All appliance, beds, lights, TVs, furniture worked as expected. All pictures are accurate. Baths look a little larger on the photos, but still all good. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath on 2nd floor. The master bedroom on the 1stt floor has an attached bathroom. I would only suggest they install a vanity with the two sinks. The 2 pedestal sinks were not conductive for toiletries, make up stand, toilet paper, towels, etc. The shower handle in the master bedroom was tricky to use, but usable. The beds were comfortable, the games on the 2nd floor were a Plus, plus and fun. The kitchen sink water dispenser would not get Hot, only warm. As you can see, it was All in All an Excellent experience. We were close to downtown, which was my goal. We were in town for a Family reunion, and they stay at a hotel about 7 to 8 miles away, Lyft ride of $11. This location was great for our needs. Thank you, Rhonda

Jacob’s 21st Birthday

The house is absolutely beautiful! Each room was comfortable for our party of 8. The fact that it had a washer & dryer for them to use was a big plus. We would definitely rent this property again!
