This cozy 1930s stone cottage is a one-of-a-kind stay in the heart of Historic Downtown Franklin. only a block and a half from Main Street shopping and dining and one block from the Franklin Greenway trail system along the Harpeth River that connects much of the town. Park your car and walk to everything!! This sweet home has been lovingly restored with an eye for original details while being comfortably furnished with modern day convenience in mind.

The Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. The street was quite and it was a very short walk to downtown Franklin. We’ll definitely be recommending this property to friends and family.

Great place and great location

This was our second stay at this property. Very clean. Great location! Close to Main Street! You can walk everywhere. The front porch is especially nice with a swing, chairs and table.

Getting to know Franklin

This house is beyond adorable, cozy and convenient to downtown Franklin. We walked to and from town several times each day, admiring the beautiful homes and scenery. We will definitely stay there again if ever returning to Franklin.

Cozy and Convenient

We did a girls weekend in Franklin and loved our location to Main Street shops and restaurants. We had a rain storm on one afternoon and hung out at the house. It’s so homey and comfy. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Beyond pleased!

We loved Debra’s home. Her communication was quick when we had a pressing question, and her home was very clean and cute. There were sweet treats when we arrived from a local bakery which was a happy surprise for our toddler and my husband. Her kitchen had cooking utensils that were in excellent condition which is a huge plus for our family since we have kiddos with allergies and can’t necessarily eat out for every meal safely. We look forward to staying here again!

Long weekend

Great spot to walk to all of the local shops and eateries. Just a hop to Nashville too if that is your scene. Nice pace.

Wedding Weekend

This was the perfect house for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids, in town for a wedding. Great blend of vintage charm and modern amenities, close to town, with outdoor space. We had a great time and look forward to a return visit!

Perfect Getaway

What a delightful stay! My husband and I enjoyed four days in Franklin and the surrounding area and this was the perfect location. The house was immaculate and charming in every way. We walked to dinner, coffee, antique stores, and shopping on Main street. Debra was a fantastic host , responsive and happy to help with recommendations. We hope to return!

Perfect in every way!

This beautifully restored cottage was everything we wanted for our weekend in Franklin and more! Every detail of the interior and furnishings was lovely and cozy, right down to the linens. A wonderful stay, we will certainly back!

Quaint comfy cottage

We came with another couple to see a Christmas show at the Ryman, but we wanted to stay in downtown Franklin. This place was almost perfect (a second bathroom would have been great). It is a block and a half from the middle of Main Street and outfitted well for guests.

Adorable Clean Cottage & Close to Town

We are a family of five and the cottage was perfect for our needs. Lots of character and charm. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. Everything was clean and tidy, linens were fresh and good quality; literally everything you would need to come and stay a while. Complimentary cookies and coffee was a sweet treat! The walking distance to town is only a couple blocks and it’s beautiful with all the historic buildings on the way. Owner was wonderful at communicating and made sure everything was up to par. Can’t wait to visit again!

Such a gem!

Everything was perfect! Check in/out easy. House was super clean and had a VERY well-stocked kitchen. Thick towels. Adorably decorated. Plenty of room. GREAT location for an easy walk to town for dinner/shops. Debra was GREAT! If we're back in the area, we will hopefully stay again!

Charming Cottage

Our family enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage very much. We were visiting for a wedding and being able to walk into Franklin to restaurants and shops in between wedding events was perfect. The cottage is beautifully renovated and decorated. It only has one bathroom but otherwise plenty of room and comfort for our family of 6 adults. The photos are very accurate. A visitors center is a block away with great tips on area restaurants and a map for a walking tour of Franklin.

Fabulous!

The host thought of everything. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever we may have needed to cook for our family. The beds were super comfortable, the pillows were heavenly and the cottage really felt like being home. The short 2 block walk to town was an added bonus. Great local shops and restuarants. Such a wonderful stay and cannot wait to come back!

The property and owner are both wonderful. The location could not be better. If you love downtown Franklin, this spot is the perfect place to take it all in from. Restful, clean and homey. We will be back!
