This private oasis is perfect for the golf enthusiast as there are dozens of local courses and hundreds around the valley as you will have quick access to the Loop 303 and US 60.

2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms available for short and long term vacation rental. Featuring 2 living areas and 2 dining areas with an open kitchen. Both living rooms equipped with TV’s and lots of room to entertain and more!

Relax outside amongst the citrus trees surrounding your cozy porch with a gorgeous shared back yard for grilling. Or enjoy some quiet days in one of the reclining chairs reading your favorite novel. Need to bring the office with you? Spacious office desk provided in the master room and small desk located in living area. The master contains a king bed, large double vanity master bath, and massive walk in closet. The guest room has a queen bed and is next to the second bathroom.

Surprise Stadium, home of the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals is a few miles away from or you can easily take day trips to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Tucson, or Yuma.

Great spot with plenty of room

Went to Phoenix area for the Final Four. This place was close to everything and very spacious. Very clean and had everything you could need. Host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Desert time

Another great trip to the desert. The location of this house works so well for our family. Property needs some updating, but it has worked for us 2 years in a row.

Great condo and neighborhood

This was the second time we rented this property. Spacious, well appointed and the neighborhood is quiet and very well kept. Shopping is close by with everything needed to make our stay comfortable and less stressfull. Mary Ann and Teresa are fantastic to work with. Together, they made our stay in the West Valley pleasurable.

Wonderful property!

This was a beautiful property. It is well located, and easy to find on any map app. It is one side of a duplex, in a lovely neighborhood. It is quiet and much bigger than I thought it would be; I would say there is a lot of space for entertaining and I hope to stay here again. The back outdoor sitting area is love,y, and we picked grapefruit off the tree. This property was clean and well stocked with necessities. I did need to ask a question, and the host responded very quickly.

Good location, well stocked. House needs updated - sometimes less is more. We did experience a miscommunication between the property manager and the owner that resulted in an unexpected visit from the owner. Picking grapefruit off the tree in the back was an added bonus!

I will stay again

Beds very comfortable, family room has a higher couch and love seat, which is really easy to get in and out. The living room has the shorter ones, so everyone was happy. Geat water pressure in the bathrooms. AND very clean

Nice home

Our family appreciated this home was close to our uncle home for the Celebration of Life. When we realized that the coffee maker was missing the ground part of the maker the owner replaced it the same day. We were told that the house had not been rented in 6 months and that was why it was dusty. The manager was apologizing for the state of the house.

Lovely Sun City West Home

We were overall satisfied. Any problems ranged from minor to none at all. The carpets are in bad shape (obvious spots in several rooms) that we felt the need to comment on right away so as to not worry about being held responsible for them. The ice maker in the refrigerator freezer compartment does not work properly. The family room TV has a terrible picture for this day and age; definitely not HDTV. Having said that, the house itself and the neighborhood are lovely. Visitors here will definitely need a car since nothing is in walking distance, but that is to be expected. It is about two miles to West Bell Road which has about every kind of service you would need from gas stations to restaurants. Very close to several good golf courses. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

The home was spacious and gave us plenty of room. I was there with my 93 year old mother and my daughter. The only downfall of the property is the bed linens were old and worn And scratchy and towels were old. No TVs in bedrooms and that’s an issue if you are use to having that background noise to fall asleep. But the neighborhood is clean and quiet and shopping is close. We were happy with the accommodations.

Quiet location close to Surprise
