To enhance your stay, the property offers access to a range of Community amenities. There are 4 community centers that feature Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness centers, tennis courts, pickleball courts, mini golf, a bowling alley and a movie theatre. Please note: The hot tub and pool are only accessible at the recreation centers.

A $100.00 per month in-person fee will be applied at the club to cover these shared facilities. This fee ensures that we can maintain high-quality amenities for all our guests.

GUEST WISHING TO USE AMENITIES MUST CONTACT GUEST SERVICES 72 HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN TO ENSURE AMENITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION.

NOTE: One Tenant of the Tenant(s) residing on the property must be at least fifty-five (55) years of age.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
