20 acres of Outdoor lover’s paradise! Hundreds of exotic and native plants, five stocked ponds swarming with fish, tons of birds and wildlife We have numerous plants in trees available at our nursery.A truly unique place, best described as an oasis. A plant and nature enthusiast’s playground!

The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath “camp style” manufactured home with a heated plunge pool, screened in porch, outdoor showers, Jacuzzi bathtub and many other upgrades. Ideal for the ultimate country experience. Fire pit, hammocks, grills, and picnic tables are provided, making the perfect setup.

There is room for RV parking and plenty of places to setup campsites. A great place for family reunions, kids birthdays, and multi family vacations.

We are located in the center of many popular outdoor attractions. Within a 20 to 30 minute drive you can reach-

The closest store is 30 minutes away, remember to bring all the supplies you will need. The property is located in country home and cattle land, you will have to take dirt roads to get there. We are located in an area of true Country living! The area is peaceful and beautiful, a great place to relax and unwind. Occasionally distant neighbors ride dirt bikes and shoot firearms, but rarely disturbs the tranquility.

To keep a safe and pleasant environment we have put together a list of rules.
1. Discharge or open carry of a firearm is strictly prohibited.
2. Please do not collect, harvest, hunt, or harass; plants, fish, or wildlife. Cast-netting and hunting is prohibited. We practice catch and release fishing on the property.
3. Off-road vehicle operation is not allowed (golf carts are allowed).
4. Exceeding predetermined occupancy must be approved and each guest must check in with identification.
5. Please do not bring pets that are animal aggressive, not house trained, not on flea prevention, or not up to date on shots. $100 cleaning fee will be added for pets, Please give notification prior to arrival.
6. Please keep all open flames in the designated fire pit area.
7 Please discard cigarette butts and all other trash into bins.
8. Guest’s are not permitted in the barn or nursery area... call and we can give a tour
9. No swimming in ponds.
10..Please return all items clean and organized for the next guests enjoyment (yard games, hammocks, grills, etc.).
12.No fireworks (high risk of brush fire)
