The Green Birdie offers open and inviting living space. Open-concept living room with a queen size sleeper sofa, electric fireplace/tv unit and kitchen with large island and adjacent full dining room.
The owner’s suite boasts a comfortable king sized bed, custom made top-down, bottom-up blackout cellular shade, a generous walk-in closet, a desk & office chair, an additional linen closet and a beautiful en-suite bath. A shower/bath seat is provided if you should need.
The guest bedroom is located across the hall, with 2 twin beds, 2 dressers, custom top-down, bottom-up blackout cellular shade and an adjacent full bathroom. The patio door has custom made vertical cellular panel for total privacy. The screened lanai offers serene views of lake and state of the art golf course. All bedrooms, family room and lanai have remote control ceiling fans. A fun stash of games, puzzles and cards are provided in living room for leisure times. Convenient full size washer, dryer in fully stocked laundry area with everything you need.
The Babcock National Amenity Center includes a clubhouse, restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, resort-style pool with lap lanes and spa with a tiki bar and a state-of-the-art fitness center, along with a sauna and Day Spa for your use. The Clubhouse and Restaurant will be coming in the near future* (*NOW OPEN 12/23!) Living in Babcock National* awards you access to the Babcock Ranch amenities which include:2 pools, Gas fireplaces and grill cubicles for entertaining, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, open field areas. Along with these amenities, downtown Babcock Ranch gives you the Lakehouse Restaurant, Slaters Provisions, Coffee Shop and Ice Cream Store, Security office, walking trails, and many small businesses just a walk away. (except unlimited golf) is included with rental with a small $25.00 feel when you arrive for personal amentiy card allowing you all the access!! If you want the golf package (optional), there is a membership transfer fee and the amount is depending on the number of months you are staying ranging from $100.00 to $400.00 for 3 months plus. The green fees will include a cart and are based on the if you are staying during "in season" or "out of season" and you also have full access to discounts at the full driving range facility.
