With 1120 Square Feet of living space and "Million Dollar Views" of the Golf Course and Lake Babcock, you'll love catching the sunrise & sunsets from your Rear Screened Lanai.
The gracious Master Suite boasts a comfortable King Bed, 2 Walk-in closets, and a beautiful En-suite bath, with a Walk-In Shower. The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the condo offering a Queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom with access to the Full Size In-Unit Washer & Dryer.
It's easy to fall in love with the Open Concept floor plan of the Arbor Model, which features an open-concept kitchen with an island, an eat-in Breakfast bar & formal dining space with seating for 4. The beautifully designed living area is perfect for relaxing after an exciting day out on the golf course! Gigabit Fiber Internet & High-Speed Streaming Service is provided so you can enjoy all your favorite TV Shows during your stay.
