Large spacious condo(2100 sq ft) in the heart of Osage Beach.

Penthouse condo with vaulted ceilings, open floor plan and large deck...gorgeous views.

Overall a ok experience. Outside deck was ok but lots of spider webs, ceiling fans throughout the house were very dirty, ceiling fan in loft area could not be controlled so full speed at all times so harder to use the loft area for sleeping unless you used the floor fan. Down stairs bedroom had a floor ac inside the room so hard to sleep in the double bed bedroom because of the ac noise. Food was left in cupboard that was 2 years expired, and refrigerator had food from past renters left behind. Was surprised to find there was no toaster! Had a late night visitor flying around one of the bedrooms which we carefully removed and reported to the manager. We had a larger group so in all we had 1 towel per person so I would suggest bringing your own towels. Was told to remove shoes entering the condo because of new parking lot but found the floors to dirty not to wear shoes on the hard surface floors.

Walked in a little early (thank you, Shannon) and it seemed very clean...windows of sliding door and entire deck was clear of bugs, spiders etc that we have seen at other properties at the Ledges. Floors looked clean but lifting the living room rug up, it was obvious the floor does not get swept under there. Also, very very hot in that upstairs bedroom and bath. It needs an extra vent or something. All other rooms were awesome temperature wise. Sheets (fitted) did not go all the way down around mattress so we were continually having to pull them down in master bed. But, The beds were SO COMFORTABLE. WOOHOO. Not enough t p in main master bath...had to borrow from upstairs.Walked down to beach and trash everywhere, same at pool on the point. One man was actually picking up trash at beach. I asked him if he worked there and he said NO I just din't want my kids walking through this. And it stunk down there bad. Also in pool area...trash. Aside from the negatives, I give this unit a 4 out of 5 and we WILL book here bext year

Awesome condo!

The hostess was amazing to work with for this trip. Super accommodating. The condo itself was incredibly clean and very well kept. One awesome surprise was how nice the beds were. I have stayed at several condos at the lake and no ones back hurt after sleeping on these mattresses. I wish every place was like this one.

Family vacation

We had a great time here! It accommodated all our needs great view from the deck. Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans etc. Close to boat rental place and others outings. Communication was great and check in and out was easy! Definitely family friendly for all ages and would stay here again!

Comfortable and spacious for extended family group.

The condo was very nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen. There were 4 bedrooms plus a loft space that was perfect for the kids/teens/tweens. Great view of the water. Shannon was friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. Very helpful. We also liked the small beach/playground area and the pools were great. The only cons: issue was one of the toilets wasn't flushing normally. We had to reach into the tank to flush it, which was a mild annoyance. The owner tried to find someone to come fix it, but wasn't able on short notice. We made due. One thing to note, it's a bit of a walk from the dock and pool, so might not be as convenient for older people or carrying babies. But overall, I really like this property.

Family Reunion

This property fit our family perfectly! Enough space and bedrooms for everyone. The view is amazing and the deck is wonderful added space. The pools were put to good use by the grandchildren and the beach was smaller than expected, but still fun for the kids. There were many activities near the condo (golf, shopping, restaurants). We were also glad a hospital was near and happy we didn't need to use it. The one issue that we had was handled by the owner. (Thank you!) The dryer takes awhile to get things dry and it would be helpful to have beach towels at the condo to use as we forgot ours. It was a delightful stay and we would come back!

Geatview, clean property

Very nice, clean condo in the heart of all the lake action. Plenty of room and awsome views of the main channel. Well stocked unit and everything worked great.

We had such a great stay. Location was fantastic, condo was very clean and well appointed. Shannon was so easy to communicate with, always quick to reply with any questions. Would highly recommend

Amazing stay

We were extremely happy with the accommodations! Beautiful condo, nicely decorated and great view. Very well stocked kitchen. The kids loved the games provided. Plenty of space and very clean. We’d definitely come back!
