4 Bedroom Lakeview Home Golf Cart Close to Pool

The home has large bedrooms each with multiple beds and 3 of the four have their own full bath suites.  The sleeping porch room has a full bath it can use it is just not in the room.  The home is walking distance to the pool with the best view in Tan Tar A estates.  Of course, you may also use the outdoor pools at Margaritaville resort including the outdoor waterslide.  The home is waterfront but does not have access to a dock

You can go for a safe walk in the estates on the 5K trail or even better walk the golf cart paths of a 9 hole golf course that is closed down but still maintained daily. The golf cart is a great option for visiting the resort at Margaritaville and it's numerous activities.

You can easily rent a boat for the day or even hire the water taxi to pick you up at The Landshark Bar for a full day or wet and safe fun. The area has wineries, excellent fish guide services, Horseback riding, rivers to float, Caves to explore, and so many more fun events. There is even a great trout fishing State Park 45 minutes away.



The area has many wineries, every dining option you could ask for, amazing fishing, outlet shopping, coffee shops, rental watersports many natural attractions like 2 state parks and multiple caves to explore. You can float rivers, ride horseback, there is even a casino 80 miles away for a day trip. You are by no means limited to the resort for your entertainment.

Great view of the lake. The grandkids loved riding the golf cart to the resort. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed fishing steps away from the house. The host was an easy to contact. Rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 3 generations to gather or spread out.

Great, spacious house with an amazing view.

We had an amazing stay here! Our large group had so much space and it was nice to have plenty of beds for everyone. The view is great and the house offers a lot of amenities like the grill and fire pit. We used the beautiful pool in the neighborhood and the area was safe and pretty quiet.

30th Birthday July Getaway

We stayed at this classic Ozark house for my 30th birthday with a group of friends, mostly couples. The amount of beds and bathrooms were perfect for our group. Comfortable beds and with an a/c unit in almost every room we were all content. The kitchen and deck gave us all we needed for time together.

Clean home in a good location

This home was spotless upon arrival. It is in a good location being a short drive to Margaritaville and anything else that you’d really need. There’s plenty of room to accommodate the whole family. The only downside is the house not having immediate dock/water access. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Good location large house.

It was a large house. Inside was nice. Outside deck great. No dock but knew that going in. Management was attentive to all questions and quick to get what we needed. I would recommend.

Family Reunion

John was great to communicate with from the jump. He even extended early check in to our group knowing we were traveling from all over to get there. Unfortunately, the family that stayed right before us was very hard on all the furniture and we found several pieces that were broken. Adequate space, older home but the whole subdivision is from the 70s, so we expected some rustic elements, but there were def both cosmetic and maintenance issues that needed to be addressed (mostly living room/ kitchen furniture) Good for the price and the view of the lake from the deck was incredible! We def recommend the Golf Cart, and the amenities at Margaritaville are a huge plus! Overall, amazing memories and tons of space for large Groups to spread out!

Very Dated and needs to be renovated.

Overall the location is good, many of us did not get much sleep as the lights throughout the house would come on without anyone flipping a switch. Lights and fans would turn on randomly throughout the day, often waking us up at 2 or 4 in the morning. The house would be great if it was updated/renovated. Many things were broken, dirty, dusty, or didn't work. Messaged the host to fix an A/C unit that wasn't working, he came over to fix it and while we pointed other things out that needed fixing we didn't expect to have to have things fixed during our stay. When you schedule a vacation rental you want it to feel like a vacation instead of having to call for things to get fixed. John (Owner) seemed nice but the house needs major improvements and things needed to be cleaned properly.

I am not sure what was broken, dirty, dusty but I was called on a Sunday morning saying the wall AC unit wasn't working. Within an hour I had it replaced and operating on a Sunday morning . The guest just sat there and watched me working hard and did not say 'thank you' or 'great job' getting such a fast response on a Sunday morning. They seemed quite rude and entitled, not the kind of guest that enjoy a Lakefront home with a great view, a complimentary golf cart, and an owner /manager that quickly responds to requests. I'd suggest you read the other reviews to get a better picture of this great home that sleeps a bunch of people for a very cost effective vacation.

Fall Golf Trip

We have used this property last year for our annual golf trip. It has plenty of beds, baths and room for our Group. There was an issue with upstairs A/C unit, but John responded in less than an hour and replaced the faulty unit. Everything else worked well during our stay. We would use this unit again.

Wonderful Weekend!

The house and bedrooms are very spacious! It was great to have bathrooms in most rooms! We loved the large desk and parking spaces. The only issues were the wifi did not work therefore TV did not work. We also read that trash bags would be provided but they were not. It was our impression that the community dock was below the property but it was somewhere else near by. Overall it was a great space for our gathering!

This condo has plenty of room and beds for a large group. It was very clean and everything functioned as expected. Only suggestions I would make would be to have a couple more seating options in great room and Bathrooms and exterior are showing it’s age and could be updated but we would rent again for our annual golf trip.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. When we first walked into the house it was very clean and spacious. This pictures on the site didn’t do this property justice! We had some minor issues at the property but were able to contact the owner of the property and were able to get things resolved ASAP! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heat beat!!

Girls golf trip

A weekend golf trip with 12 ladies and the place worked out great! Lots of. Beds and they were comfortable. All the kitchen stuff we needed was here. Parking for 4 large vehicles was a bit tight but other than that, awesome!

Huge Home!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how large the property is - the pictures don’t do it justice! We had a very nice stay. One thing to note is that there is parking spaces for 2-3 cars

Glad you enjoyed your stay. There is an additional parking area across the street by the mailbox to go with the 3 individually marked parking spaces in front of the house. One can always overflow park at the nearby pool as well. Most estates homes have 2 car parking, the extra space here is actually a bonus.
