Stylish high-floor unit with beautiful views, as shown in the photos. This is not a full 2 bed/2 bath—it’s 1 bedroom + den and 1 bath. The den has a door for privacy but no window and shares the bathroom with the master. Only 2 guests can access amenities (non-transferable); minors not counted. Located in Icon Brickell, shared with the W Hotel, enjoy resort-style amenities like a large pool and dining. Kitchen features Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Steps from Brickell’s top spots.

*Temporary Closure & Noise Notice*

Please note that due to scheduled building repairs from July 2025 through February 2026, the pool will be closed Monday through Thursday. It is expected to be open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, although this may vary depending on weather and the HOA’s work schedule.

This schedule is managed entirely by the HOA, and we have no control over any changes. The information provided is based on the latest updates we’ve received.

All other amenities, including the spa and gym, will remain open and unaffected.

THE UNIT
Located in the heart of Brickell, this beautiful apartment is perfect for families, couples, and business travelers alike. With dedicated internet and generous space, it’s also ideal for remote work. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and more. You’ll also find convenient appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

ID VERIFICATION
Building management requires all adult guests to be registered at check-in. Please be prepared to present a valid ID to the check-in staff upon arrival.

ESSENTIALS PROVIDED
Our unit comes with all basic essentials as listed on the platform. In addition, we provide enhanced starter supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, a limited number of laundry and dishwasher pods, and dedicated internet service. Please note that these supplies are one-time complimentary items. For additional needs, convenience stores are located within walking distance.

To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer optional services through our trusted partners. These can be arranged after your booking is confirmed:

CHECK-IN: 3 PM – 12 AM (Midnight)

• The check-in window officially closes at midnight. Arrivals after 12 AM must return the next day starting at 10 AM to complete check-in.

• Third-party check-in agents may assist after midnight, based on their availability and with their own service fees. If you’re not comfortable paying a late fee due to circumstances beyond your control, you must wait until 10 AM the next day to check in.

CHECK-OUT: Before 10 AM
• A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM, as we need time to prepare for the next guest.

FOBS:
The unit includes 2 sets of fobs. Lost fobs will be charged at $120 each to your deposit or card on file.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
The booking holder must be present at check-in. If not, please notify us in advance. Another verified guest (ID submitted through this platform) must be present. All guests must be listed on the reservation.
Minimum check-in age is 18. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

AMENITY ACCESS:
After registering with the front desk, guests can head to the pool area between 9:30 AM and 5 PM to receive their amenity access QR codes. Guests must show ID and provide their phone to receive the code. This unit is allowed up to 2 QR codes. QR codes expire at 11 AM on check-out day. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to get access.

PARKING:
Valet parking is available at $50 per day with no in/out privileges. Charges increase with usage:
• 0–1 hr: $13
• 1–4 hrs: $24
• 4–10 hrs: $30
• 10–24 hrs: $50

Frequent in-and-outs may result in $70–$80 per day in charges.

A third-party company also offers a private garage parking option a few blocks away, with a daily rate and unlimited in/out privileges.

BATHROOM POLICY:
The building has sensitive plumbing. Do not flush wipes (even flushable ones), paper towels, hygiene products, or trash. Guests are responsible for any plumbing costs due to misuse.

HOUSE RULES:

Violations will incur a $500 fee per incident.

Location! View! Pool Deck!

Checkin was a breeze and exactly as described (text the representative 10 minutes before arrival and she was there, waiting). The condo was very clean, has surprisingly strong water pressure for its high location in the building. The photos are accurate, the space boasted the most incredible view of the waterfront, city, and Key Biscayne in the distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the enormous pool deck and spacious pools. It never felt crowded, we never had to hustle to get front row pool chairs, and the people watching was top notch. We even saw a celebrity! People weren’t harassing him either which I’m sure he appreciated as he was also just trying to relax poolside. The neighborhood was incredibly walkable too so while the valet did not offer in/out services (as described) we really only needed to access our vehicle once. Everything else we needed was within the neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your wonderful space, we had a great stay and highly recommend!

Beautiful view, property not as pictures

Long review, but as a rental property owner I thought it was important to share my honest feedback. The great: the view is phenomenal! The location is fantastic!! The AC works great and water pressure is awesome! Paula at check in was lovely and responsive. The not so great: walls are super dirty. Condo needs some love - new paint, new bathroom hardware, NO furniture on balcony, kitchen is functional but is showing its age. The terrible: mattresses are horrible. Hard as a rock in spare room and equally uncomfortable in the master. Parking is horrendous - aside from the cost and lack of in/out privileges, there was ZERO parking available in our 2nd night. We had to park offsite and couldn’t get out the gate the next morning. This should be advertised as a potential risk for future tenants.
