Welcome to beautiful Mooresville NC and Lake Norman!! Enjoy your stay in our renovated and newly furnished 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom condo on Lake Norman just 30 seconds off I77. If you are here for the holidays, job transfer, a place to stay while your home is being renovated, passing through or staying for local events or family, you will love this place!! Over 1700 square feet of living space w granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom showers and balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Norman!!

This condo is very spacious and comfy with plenty of living space. It accomodates up to 6 people. Queen 4 poster bed in master with full and 2 twin beds in other bedrooms. Each has its own full bathroom with custom showers.

This is a 3rd floor unit with NO elevator. With 12 feet ceilings, no overhead foot traffic and amazing elevated views of the lake it's well worth the steps!!

This unit is fully furnished and ready for living with everything you need including modern appliances, cookware and utensils. Laundry facilities are also included.

Enjoy the community pool (in season) just a 1 minute walk in the neighborhood. There is direct access to Lake Norman for swimming, kayaking and paddleboard activities.

This is a short and mid-term (30 day minimum) furnished rental that includes all utilities and use of the facilities. Please contact me for length of stay and lease details.

Wonderful Lake Norman getaway

This was a wonderful girls weekend getaway. Great view of Lake Norman. The condo was clean, communication was great with the owners. The bathrooms in the condo are beautiful! Kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable!

Nice Place for Family and Great Location

We stayed four nights at this property. It was perfect for our family of four. Everyone got a room/bathroom. It is well decorated and even gave me some ideas. I loved the stained glass windows and mirrors. The master shower is impressive. A lot of thought went into the decorating. The kitchen is well stocked. The pillows and mattresses were comfortable (and I don't say that lightly). Lots of storage. The communication was excellent with the owner. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the master shower was clogged on arrival but remedied quickly and we found many of the dishes/silverware were dirty upon arrival. It seems the dishwasher may be the culprit so we hand washed everything. I also gave four stars for accuracy of listing since the hairdryer was not onsite which was a must have for someone with a short hairstyle :) It would be nice if there was a book with useful info like wifi network/password, reminder of checkout, places to visit, etc. They will text you before you arrive with info and right before you leave with reminders which is nice. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and you must park in the visitor parking lot to the left, not the unit# space. I would definitely stay here again. Overall it was a good experience and visit. Thank you!

Condo was great!

Location was very scenic on the water. All the rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated with new furniture. Appliances are top line, but did take a while to figure out how to work the induction stove top! Pool complex was terrific for the the kids

I was in awe with the home. Very spacious, nicely decorated and cozy!

The owner was spot on and very attentive when asked questions. Neighbors were friendly and kind. Convenient location! Will like to rent again, in the future!!!

Great Stay

We rented this for a girls weekend where we had no real agenda other to relax and enjoy time together. It was the perfect spot. It was very spacious and comfortable and just a short drive to anything we needed. It was a perfect set up with the number of very spacious bathrooms and beds. The kitchen/living room space was great for conversation.

Nice property / Great Location

This is an great condo. The decor and furnishings are top level. The location is convenient to amazing restaurants (I recommend a trip to Table 31 or Caruso’s) and shopping . The property owner was great to work with and prompt responding to any of our questions. I will definitely be keeping this property in my list of must stays anytime I’m in Mooresville.
