Yearly Castle Rock Vacation

The property is great and looks just like the pictures. It’s spacious and would be great for a large family or group. It’s well stocked with everything and has bikes and toys for kids as well. The location is perfect for lake and beach access. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with kids!

Our kids loved the playground in the back as well as the toys and books at the house. Plenty of space for us and super close to the beach.

Enjoyed our Stay

Plenty of room for a family of 11. Place was comfortable, plenty of room for kids to play. Only issue was a huge storm came through, knocked out electricity, which came back on after a few hours, but internet was down and no TV was available for the remainder of our stay. Owner tried to restore but no luck...not his fault there was storm. Owners were definitely responsive to anything we needed.

Great for us

We do a cousins trip every summer to a lake. The communication with Mark was perfect. The home was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for everyone.

Wonderful!!!

Host was wonderful. Slight issue that he informed us of before we arrived. He was very prompt in repairing and very friendly. We enjoyed the home and area. If we are ever in the area we would stay again. Wonderful home and host!!!!

memorial weekend

nice place was nice for the weekend needs grilling utensils and maybe some kleenex would be nice. I have allergies to lilacs so guess I should have asked about them. The property has lilac bushes all around the border. needed lots of kleenex for the weekend with lilacs blooming. But all in all was A nice weekend . the screened in porch needs some work and didn't know what to do with the garbage . Iliked that there were no hidden costs for once.

Perfect family house

This house has everything you need! Plenty of space to spread out, a nicely stocked kitchen, and a lovely three season porch. We really enjoyed our stay and I’m sure we will be back!

Great stay!

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend on the lake, and we had a great time! This property has plenty of space for spreading out and open spaces in the kitchen and living room that were perfect for gathering as a group and playing board games, serving food buffet style, chatting, etc. Wifi worked well. With neighbors surrounding, it isn't a secluded property, but there was plenty of yard space in the back so we didn't feel cramped or like a nuisance to neighbors. Everything was clean, and though we had to search around through cabinets a bit, the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils. Really nice stay, and the owner is responsive to questions!

It's like the family cabin you visited in the summer

This place was spacious and offered everything we needed. Although there are 2 bathrooms, there is only one shower so plan accordingly! With the summer heat, the bathtub was not appealing. We loved the screened back porch and large kitchen/dining area. It's a little outdated - lot's of carpet! Plenty of places to sleep and the central air made the visit more comfortable. Would return if in the area again.

Very quiet and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was everything we expected and was plenty big enough to accommodate the 6 adults that stayed. The owner replied to messages right away. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Our weekend was very enjoyable and we will return to this property.
