As soon as you reported this, I corrected it immediately and ensured you were able to access the rental without further delay. Both the mistaken address and the correct ones are right next door to each other. Regarding the WiFi, I provided multiple usernames and passwords that have worked consistently for other guests. I even shared my personal WiFi information to give you every possible option. And you did confirm that the WiFi was working. For communication, my direct phone number is always included in the VRBO rental confirmation, and in addition, I sent you my number so you could reach me directly. Unfortunately, this was never used. Cell service in the area can be limited, but that is outside of my control. Many guests enjoy the quiet, remote setting, and I recommend using WiFi calling when possible. During your stay, I did not receive any further concerns about the lighting, bathroom fan, or amenities, so I wasn’t able to address them in real time. That said, I’ll review your suggestions carefully to see where improvements can be made. I’m glad you found the home clean and spacious, and I appreciate both your compliments and constructive feedback.
