Log Home with a View ~ Just 'Crosstown from Santa's

This country home, known as “Crosstown”, is located on a 1/2 acre lot in Jefferson NH. Convenient to Rt 2, you can be at Santa's Village in 5 minutes. Lancaster, Gorham, Littleton, Story Land, etc are a quick drive as well.

Home is fully stocked, and decorated in a Christmas theme to get you in the mood for Santa's Village!

The main floor has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Large rear deck and yard, with gas grill, log swing, fire pit (campfire), and playground.

Plenty of room in the driveway for a car or two, plus a snow machine trailer or boat trailer if you’d like.

Pet Friendly! $75 pet fee (per pet).

Great stay!

The house was very clean and cozy. My children loved the yard and swing set. We had everything we needed. Will hopefully be back.

Great for a short trip to Santa’s Village

We chose this for the convenience of being close to Santa’s village with the privacy of being in a home. The house was comfortable for our family of 5.

Great location and Christmas Decorations

We stayed at this property for easy access to Santa’s Village amusement park and Muddy Paws Sled Dog Kennel. Each was less than 10 minutes from the property. The house was great, very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting attractions in the greater Jefferson, NH area.

The crosstown cabin was wonderful to stay in! We loved everything about the cabin. The views were so wonderful! The cabin is decorated so beautifully! We enjoyed every minute if our stay in the Crosstown cabin. We will definitely be back to the cabin and New Hampshire. Thank to Kelly Josselyn for hosting us in this beautiful cabin.

Hiking near Jefferson

We chose this home for it's proximity to Mt. Waumbek and Hale, which are 4000 footers on the 48 - 4000 footer list. It's a comfortable home with a well stocked kitchen for meal preps. Nice quiet setting with great views!

The Christmas cottage

This was our second stay at the property and it was just as lovely As the last time. My in-laws joined us for the long weekend and there was plenty of room for all of us. I only wish the weather was a nice as our accommodations. Will certainly be back as it is perfect for our family and the host Kelly as super responsive and very gracious. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

The property was very clean and Comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that the whole house was not air conditioned just the bedrooms had air which is fine but it was hot in the other rooms. The area surrounding the house is beautiful and very peaceful.

Beautiful cozy home

My son and I were looking for a place to stay near Santa's Village to bring my two granddaughters up for a weekend stay. We came across this beautiful cozy home on VRBO and it is a gorgeous piece of property that was just perfect. There are two bedrooms and each room had two beds a queen size and a single which was just perfect for us. The house is 5 minutes from Santa's Village and it is very close to mountains for hiking or skiing. Highly recommended!

Great base camp for mountain exploration

The house was very comfortable and convenient for hikes. Shaw’s market in Lancaster is 10 miles away and is well stocked. The pups had a big back yard to run in, and the quiet of the surroundings was heavenly. All we lacked in the kitchen were some sharp knives. One in our group wasn’t crazy about the thick memory foam toppers on the beds. Other than that, we were very happy with the house.

Great Location to Hiking and Snow Sports

Great Property. Kinda of felt like Christmas in March, decor was very Christmas oriented. Hey who doesn't love Christmas? The property was in keeping with the posting. Very clean and easy check in. Only issue was luke warm water in the bathroom with the tub. Looking forward to soaking in a hot bath after a day of snowboarding, however the water in the tub did not get hot at all. The shower in the second bathroom was plenty hot.

Quick getaway

The White Mountains are where we go when we need a reset from the world. Perfect location, incredibly cozy. It was just what my husband and I needed.

Perfect for quick family getaway!

We were able to surprise the kids with a very last minute trip to Santa's Village. Lucky for us Crosstown had a cancelation and we were able to secure our stay. It worked out perfectly! Kelly, the owner, was highly communicative from the start and stay in touch while we were there. We really just wanted a clean, safe and easily accessible place for our short stay with 2 young kids. We got all of that and more! We walked in to a super clean, adorable and warm home which was awesome since it had already started to snow and the temp was alot colder than at home. The kids loved the swing set, electric fireplace and games. We played candyland and uno and even chess. Plus there is plenty to access on the TV. We were able to drive to Santa's Village in less then 10 minutes which was amazing considering our ride there was over 3 hours and I don't think the kids could handle another long commute. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the Christmas decor and handcrafted log bed frames, stool and other details. In the morning, the yard was covered in about 6" of snow and the kids had a blast playing the the snow with our dog. It was exactly the quick break our busy family needed and we had the perfect stay. Thank you so much, Kelly!!! PS: I ordered a bottle of wine with our takeout dinner from Nonna's (highly recommend) and almost had a heart attack realizing there may not be a wine opener, but of course there was! I was very relieved. :)

I grew up in Jefferson, NH and truly cherish my time there. I have since moved to Florida, but love to travel back "home" with my three girls (ages 4, 5, & 6) so they can experience the beautiful White Mountains! Traveling and hospitality has always been my passion. In Florida, I manage beach vacation rentals. Growing up in NH we had a family ran business of renting multiple log cabins right in Jefferson, NH. At this time we just have one cabin that we like to call 'Crosstown! We want everyone to have a great time in the area and would be delighted to host you!
