Cozy Chic: 3 Bed, 2 Bath Modern Retreat! No stairs, great location.

Please enjoy our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps 7 comfortably in beds and has everything you can think of, and just minutes from Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake and the famous Branson Strip! Can sleep up to 9 with a queen air mattress located in a second bedroom closet if needed.

Two of the bedrooms each feature a cozy & luxurious queen-sized bed, and a third bedroom provides a queen bed with a pull-out sleeper trundle that sleeps 3 total in the room. Each bedroom is complete with its own flat-screen smart TV to stream your favorite movies and tv shows. Prepare any meal you desire in the modern kitchen that comes well-equipped with everything you will need, along with a coffee bar. Please enjoy the quaint & wistful backyard patio area complete with bistro lights for both daytime and after-hours enjoyment.

Relax on the leather couch or chair while you enjoy your favorite Netflix movies on the 60-inch flat screen tv in the spacious living room; or play some of our family's favorite boards games while you're making memories! If you have any questions please text me direct at 417-230-6565.

NEW FOR THE CHRISTMAS SEASON: Beginning November 1st through January 3rd, the unit will be decorated for the holidays, including a full-sized Christmas tree!

Mom & daughters weekend

Great place - just as described! Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped (even a pizza stone!) and the patio was a nice place to relax in the mornings and evenings. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. We loved our time there and would definitely rent again.

Charming home for our family getaway

Great weekend getaway!

We had a quick weekend getaway and it was perfect for the 6 guest that travelled. Property was located just minutes away from all our planned activities. Found the location clean, well cared for and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend for a cozy weekend retreat.

Good, Basic Stay in a Great Location

Loved how convenient this property is to Silver Dollar City, Sight & Sound and the Strip. All went well with our stay, but several items need better upkeep. Multiple burned-out lightbulbs, a dirty washing machine, a toilet that kept running unless we fixed the flap each time, kitchen faucet that would turn itself on, and a smoke detector that needed a battery and kept beeping so much we had to unplug it for the stay. Also note that if you're hoping for an outdoor sitting area, the small patio in all the uphill units is RIGHT against a stone hillside. So your view out the sliding glass window is a chain-link fence and stone wall.

This place was more than we expected. The listing sounded great but the house was even better in person. Very clean and exactly how it was described, maybe even better than described. Way bigger than we expected also. In a great location as well.

Branson at New Years

The property appeared in person like it showed in the pictures on the listing. It was very comfortable for my family, and it was in good proximity to all the Branson events that we enjoyed. It was a very good value allowing us to spend our vacation budget doing more activities.

Easy access to Silver Dollar City, quaint and cute

This was a great location for Silver Dollar City, just a short drive to the park. The apartment was a good size was tidy and decorated for Christmas, which was a lovely touch since we were celebrating Christmas with our family. The trundle bed worked well when we closed the closet door and moved it all the way out to butt up next to the closet. This allowed a walkway between the two beds. There was a cute coffee and hot chocolate bar with reindeer pretzel treats which was a nice touch for our kids. Plenty of blankets to cozy under and watch a film. Thank you for a great stay.

Nikki was so responsive and helpful! We loved the hot cocoa bar she had ready for us and all the Christmas decoration details. This is a super functional unit in a great location—easy to get to all the highlights of Branson. Would definitely stay again! Thank you, Nikki!

Very Satisfied

We've stayed in this area a number of times and are very happy with the location.The condo was nice & clean and the owners were very attentive & easy to contact. Other than having no hot water the first day (but the issue was fixed immediately) and had very few kitchen towels, it was very nice. We did have issues with the neighbor's kids running upstairs late at night, but we asked them to stop and they did.All in all, we were happy with our stay.

Our family loves to travel as well, and we have over 35 years of combined experience in the Branson travel industry. We know how good it feels to walk in the door where you are staying when on vacation, and know right away you made the right choice.
