Escape by the lake in this first floor, two-bedroom, two-bath garden-style condo! Featuring a wrap-around screened porch, this one-level resort getaway offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the main suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Three TVs, two DVDs, a small movie and paperback book library, assorted children's toys, board games, porta-crib, Wifi. Notes: Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Not clean and bad communication

Not a great experience with Vacasa on this one. Upon initially checking in didn’t notice anything wrong, looked closer at things and noticed the house was not very clean at all. Main living room floor was so dirty the bottom’s of our children’s feet were black. Dishwasher was either broken or so old it was inefficient all the dishes came out dirty. Contacted Vacasa about it via their text help line, was told once they spoke to their local crew they would give us an update, never heard back from them. Asked for secondary accommodations to lodge and was told it was not possible. Another odd thing was that all the bulbs were unscrewed to the point where none of them turned on when we flipped the switch. Only nice thing was the close proximity to amenities provided by sea colony. This is our first time using Vacasa, not very helpful as we never heard back about the dishwasher or anything for that matter. Go with 1st choice properties, had much better experiences with them.

Nice property but management is poor

I rented this to work on a writing project. Days before my trip I received a vague email saying work would be done around the property. I called and two different people said no work was to be on this property. I had already taken off time from work so I went, bringing a set of noise canceling headphones. The next morning at 8am a work crew drove up with power washing equipment and a diesel generator which was parked 5-10 feet from the porch. This went on all day and was deafening. There were workers spraying the porch, and we had to keep the blinds closed the entire day. Whatever they were using in combination with the diesel exhaust filled the condo. The walking path had lines and equipment blocking access to our car. It was really horrible. After we left we realized clothing had been left in the dryer. We’ve called and emailed 4-5 times offering to pay to have it sent back and they promise they will but we’ve given up. There is zero communication between Sea Colony and property management. I feel badly for the owners.

Fantastic summer stay

This 2 bd 2 ba condo was in a great location. Sea Colony feels like a world away from the hustle, with lovely walking paths, a kiddie playground, pool facilities (lap pool, hot tub, splash fountains for kids), and tennis courts. It was great to have these amenities with young kids in addition to being so centrally located next to Bethany Town Center.

Family fall trip

We had a nice long weekend with our two kids! Weather was great and condo was exactly as described. We stay at Sea Colony ever year and this place did not disappoint.

Vacation

Love Sea Colony for all the facilities available. We had friends staying there also, it was a short walk to their house. We were between two pools and the shuttle took us to the beach. A really great place to stay . out condo was the best, love the two bedrooms, location. Only problem was not enough parking spaces. twice we had to park at another area due to all parking sports being occupied.

So many activities!

We loved hitting the beach and pool hopping every day. Walked to ice cream and dinners, played all the board games and watched old movie favorites provided in our rooms.
