Construido en 1998, poseemos propiedades desde 1999 y, aunque se alquilaron durante 17 años, hemos mantenido esta propiedad como lo hacemos con nuestra propia casa. El dormitorio principal incluye cama queen, televisión inteligente de 32 ', baño privado con ducha de pie y bañera de hidromasaje con ducha. Segundo dormitorio (diseñado para los niños) con 2 camas individuales y 26 'tv. Den (fuera de la sala de estar) tiene un sofá cama queen y televisión de pantalla plana de 32 '). Baño en el pasillo incluye bañera / ducha completa. La sala cuenta con entrenador extraíble, loveseat, silla con TV LG de 55 'y reproductor de blue ray. El comedor está junto a la sala de estar. Pisos de madera de bambú en todas partes (excepto habitación pequeña). La cocina cuenta con encimeras Corian actualizadas y piso de baldosas. El gran porche exterior con mosquitero ofrece vistas tranquilas del lago Heron en un entorno apartado (el condominio está en la parte trasera del edificio sin tráfico peatonal). Lavadora / secadora en la cocina. Nuevo sistema de climatización en 2012. Sea Colony Gold propiedad calificada.

This was by far the cleanest house/condo we ever rented at Sea Colony! The quiet location overlooking the pond was a pleasant respite from the east side of Sea Colony. Moreover, Ray was the best communicator…always responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the tasteful decor and the comfortable beds! Highly recommend this Sea Colony rental and hope to be back soon!! Thank you, Ray!

Family beach trip

We had a wonderful stay! The place was was adorable and had everything we needed! We especially loved having access to the bikes. We loved all of the amenities at the sea colony and Ray was great to work with.

A wonderful place!

We have been coming to the Sea Colony for 8 years and this was by far our favorite place. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. The value was unbelievable and everything was seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Ideal for the active family

We stayed with our 2 children ages 5&10. It was fantastic- trams to beach were timely and we had fun riding them all around Sea Colony so we did not have to drive and park. The pools were fun for the kids- we even swam inside on a rainy morning. The location of the condo worked well- we rode bikes to the pool and to the shops in Sea Colony. We could also walk to the fitness center and the main outdoor pool. There were 3 nice playgrounds all within walking distance. For the family who loves to be active- this location was awesome. Wifi worked great. We loved the smart TV. The kitchen was well stocked and the doing the laundry was easy right in the condo. The kids loved playing games on the porch. Communication with the owner was easy- he shared tips and gave access to the beach chair closet which was a big help. I really cannot complain about anything. My boys did not want to leave. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect Sea Colony Condo

Great place to stay when visiting Bethany Beach. You can tell the owners take great pride in their place. Very clean with a nice beachy theme. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Plus you have nice privacy since the unit is a rear unit. Loved sitting in the screen porch listening to the water fountain. Highly recommend!

Week at the beach

We had a wonderful time. Unit was perfect for our family of four. Sea Colony was a lot of fun and beach was great. Ray was very responsive. We recommend for a great family vacation.

Excellent choice!

This condo was everything I expected it to be and more! Beautifully decorated with beachy theme. VERY clean. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. Full-size washer/dryer a plus. Screened in porch overlooking lake great for morning tea. You must bring or rent towels and sheets. Bikes and beach equipment for use all seemed in good condition. Overall an awesome find. Ray, (owner) communicated well and often about Sea Colony news, check-in process and keys. Would highly recommend.

Great Beach Vacation!

Very well kept property and very kind owner

We have been going to Sea Colony East and West in Bethany Beach at least twice a year for about 12 years. Ray’s property is very very nice, clean and well equipped. It has comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and a very nice TV with a Bose sound system in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for the entire family. This is the best cared for rental that we have stayed in during our 12 years of visits to Bethany Beach. We are looking forward to coming back.

Owner very easy to work with. The area is great to walk around and safe. Condo was close to everything you could want. Restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach. Really loved the fireplace. Very enjoyable stay.

Annual Vacation at Sea Colony

We have stayed at Sea Colony for the past 13 years in Brandywine House and have loved it. This is our first time in this unit and we loved it as well. The experience mirrored our being at home with every expectation exceeded. The unit was perfect and the owner provided everything you could possibly need or want. We hope to be able to rent again there next year.

Nice unit, great location, helpful owner

I stayed for two weeks starting Memorial day. The condo is very well maintained and the location is picture-perfect. Right in front of a lake with fountain. The owner is also very responsive. An added bonus: beach cruiser bikes in excellent condition. This saves money on bike rentals. For anyone who has never been to Sea Colony, the whole place is a gem.

I (Ray) was born and raised in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania with my wife growing up in the Wilmington Delaware area. We reside in Landenberg PA not far from the University of Delaware. I have worked in the Banking industry for 30 years, was a past Little League President and a Baseball coach while my wife works as a teacher and Business Manager at our church Academy. We are good Christians and strive to be fair and honest in all we do. While we manage the property, we share ownership with my father (Raymond Sr) who retired from the Pennsylvania State Police after 31 years as a distinguished Trooper and my mother who retired from the Avon Grove School District as the Food Service Director.

We bought this property when the community was still under construction. We fell in love with the peacefullness and tranquility of this lakefront location. There is no rival to what Sea Colony has to offer at the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property is located lakefront and is on the non parking side of the building backing to a rare number of single family homes. Wildlife on the lake and the sound of the fountain create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while be only a block away from the tram stop to the beach.
