The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for everything from morning coffee to elaborate dinners, with plenty of space for meal prep. Gather around the breakfast bar or adjacent dining table for family meals. Afterward, relax in the main living area, featuring soaring cathedral ceilings, a wall of windows, a wood-burning fireplace, and access to the wraparound deck with a private hot tub and gas grill. Downstairs, you'll find an additional entertainment room with a cozy seating area, a dry bar with a minifridge, a full-size pool table, and a gas fireplace. For even more fun, head to the detached game room, complete with a Ping-Pong table, pinball, and more!

This home comfortably sleeps everyone across five luxurious bedrooms, including one located in the carriage house, as well as a furnished loft. Choose from two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, and a kid-friendly bunk room. The loft also features a desk area with a printer, perfect for virtual learners and remote workers.

Located on a cul-de-sac, this home offers a peaceful sense of privacy on six partially-wooded acres, with a firepit and panoramic views. Despite the serene setting, you're just a short drive from exciting outdoor activities. Wisp Mountain Resort, with skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing in the winter, plus escape rooms, ziplines, and a mountain coaster in warmer months, is close by. Five miles south, enjoy swimming and boating at Deep Creek Lake, or take a scenic hike through Swallow Falls State Park, 14 miles southwest. With both adventure and relaxation at your fingertips, this home is the perfect getaway for any season.

There is a 13 night limit on reservations per local regulations. Reservations over 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored.
Two sofa beds are included - one in the living room and one in the loft.
Access ramp for guests with limited mobility.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
