Recently renovated, this flat has all the comforts of home with vaulted ceilings, updated appliances, newer bathrooms, and fun furnishings that make it a fabulous retreat.

The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making meal preparation a breeze. The living area is spacious and comfortable, with a queen sleeper sofa and a 47" TV with a DVD player.

Perfect vacation spot

Wonderful vacation spot, close to a pool, tennis, and golf. Quick and easy beach access by bike or car. Home was lovely. Amenities offered were an additional bonus. Would definitely rent here again.

Just as advertised

The property is just as it appears in the photos. Check in was easy and the property management company was very helpful. The neighborhood pool was great for the kids. The property was clean enough, but not as clean as we would have liked.

Nice area!

Beautiful area! Close to pool and lots of bike trails! Beach is a short bike ride 10 min or 3 min car ride. Could use a deep cleaning but overall a nice place and we had a good vacation! Pictures do need updated for master bedroom now has one king bed not two queens. We used pull at couch too and my son side it was fine 😊

The property was dirty - a “deeper clean” would be my suggestion - cobwebs in corners, ceiling, above window valences, and blinds; fireplace filthy - leaves, cobwebs. Management responded quickly in regards to general basic cleaning needs upon checking and then again to broken air conditioner and dryer. Nice location bike rental was a plus and weather was nice!

There were stained pillows (which were replaced) and other housekeeping issues that were addressed with Patti so that the cleaning standards we are used to with your group is available to your future guests. We appreciated very much, the extra forks and silverware that was delivered with the new pillows. As stated, we do believe the unit is in desperate need of good cooking pans and a larger assortment. Our other complaint/question is the size of the guest beds? They seem to be smaller than a true queen. The unit is laid out nicely and the sleeper sofa was comfortable and convenient to use. The King bed in the master is extremely comfortable. Storing of bikes in the fenced area wound up being hazardous as the sharp roof corner cut my husband's arm when he bumped into it. Not sure what you may be able to do to improve that. Overall, it was a great villa and great service that we will be sure to refer to our friends and family. We are already trying to figure out our next trip dates. Thank you to the owners for allowing our small senior dog who truly enjoyed the nice cold floors. It was so good that we were able to bring her with us which allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation and not have to worry about her being boarded. Our thanks to Patti for her outstanding customer service and of course to Darcy as well. Hope you all have a great summer, Debi Buttino

Great peppery.

Great location and easy beach access. The property is super walkable and rideable! The only negative is more attention should be taken with making sure the unit is cobweb free. There were cobwebs in corners, between furniture and walls. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable.... but all the beds are super hard, we woke up every morning stuff and sore.

Cozy, Clean, Convenient and Comfortable!

This property was perfect! It was our third time staying there because it is always clean with modern furnishings and close to everything. Hilton Head Properties management team were helpful in guiding us to local attractions and responding promptly to any questions. The private beach is quite accessible. Private pool and tennis courts are a plus. The golfing was fantastic with three courses in Palmetto Dunes itself. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated. We love this property and will return.

Needs some work

We have been vacationing in HHI for 20 years and understand these are rental units. However, this unit was dirty, dusty, and buggy. Not sure how much this unit is rented. There was food crumbs left/stuck on the kitchen counters and stove; the floors had not been swept; the kitchen table was covered with dead beds and the bathrooms had not been well cleaned. There is a leak in one of the overhead skylights in the kitchen so the floor was wet after each rain. The ice maker in the refrigerator was also broken. Calls to maintenance went straight to voice mail during our stay with no return call. After two days, I finally called the owner and someone else answered who did send a handyman over to look at the icemaker, but he couldn't fix it. He told us a repairman would be back in two days--Instead, the repairman showed up on Friday at noon and said he couldn't fix it. We don't know for sure, but guess this has been an ongoing problem as there were ice cube trays in the freezer when we arrived. We took a cooler to the beach each day and were buying ice, so it was not a big issue--but it was frustrating that nothing was done. Location is good, the beds were comfortable and the master shower is updated. However, we will probably look elsewhere the next time we visit HHI.

Very relaxing with great views.

House was set up great with two beds and two baths. Very well maintained but could use more cleaning inside. Location was perfect on the island with access to everything easily. Pictures and description were accurate regarding layout and amenities. Owners provided great customer service. Pool was close by and beach access was great. Could not find directions to beach in paperwork in the room so had to scout some to find that.

Home away from home

This condo was perfect, literally a home away from home. The very comfortable furniture, well enough stocked kitchen and the best shower ever were all greatly appreciated. (I would suggest adding better quality glasses) The floors had recently been changed from carpet to ceramic tile, giving the condo a much cleaner feel, no odors and no worries of wine spills, etc. The manager of this property was amazing! Darcy went out of her way to make everything perfect (big reason for the 5 star!) Thank you Darcy, from our experience in HHI, you have been the best. The location was also very agreeable. Private, yet close enough to everything. We would walk to the beach, but if you have chairs, etc there is a special parking 1 minute away. We would strongly recommend this condo.
