Be the first to relax in the newest pet friendly property in our Seapinesvilla family! Comfortable, centrally located just a short walk to both Sea Pines Center and Harbor Town and a neighborhood trolley stop to all points in Sea Pines.

Enjoy miles of incredible conservation and wildlife on foot or bike while exploring the forest preserve, marshes, and beaches. Sea Pines is famous for its amazing restaurants, world famous golf and amenities, and plenty of hospitality. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

As with all of our properties, enjoy wonderful extras like free bikes on site when you arrive, contactless check in (we mail your vehicle pass and access codes prior to arrival whenever possible), a free fitness center pass to a local gym, free tennis daily, free WIFI and local contacts who live around the corner. We had a great Thanksgiving stay in this condo. It was very quiet and clean and had everything we needed. It is pet friendly but did not smell like any pet had ever stayed there before. The location was excellent. My dog enjoyed daily walks to Harbor Town!

Great stay

Loved the location, so close to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Plaza. Both walkable or using the two great bikes provided. Beds were comfy. Decor was nice and not overpowering. Loved having the pool and tennis courts. We didn’t cook - got take-out or reheated leftovers from meals out - can’t comment on pots and pans. Did not use provided beach chairs or umbrella - we biked to the beach early and stayed an hour or so each trip. Trolley was an option as well. Conveniently came through every 30 minutes into the complex. Our 2 y/o grandson and parents stayed in another unit and it was a great to be close by but have our own space. Also glad our dog could come with us. Hope to stay here again. Thanks!

Great stay, perfect location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Generally clean, although I wish they had a vacuum cleaner so we could have kept it a little tidier during our stay. Otherwise has everything you need. Location cannot be beat as you are very close to Harbor Town and an easy bike ride to the beach and many other amenities. Jessica is wonderful to work with and responded promptly to our questions. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous getaway spot!

We loved the location. It was a perfect getaway. Wonderful walking trails, very nice tennis courts, and great communication from the owners. We would recommend and would love to return again.

We loved the size of the living spaces and bedrooms. It was great to be able to walk to Harbour Town and it was just a quick drive to the beach. Jessica was awesome to work with- helping us find the perfect place to accommodate us. We had a really great week!

RBC Week

Had the Family down for the RBC Heritage. Wonderful location for the event. Parked the car when we got there and were able to walk to the golf course and all the best Harbor Town has to offer. Would definitely stay there again

Very clean and in a great location.

Communication with the property owners was very efficient and thorough. The property details were accurate and the extra amenities (bikes, tennis, etc) were great! I was very pleased with our stay.

Disappointed June 2022 Weekend

We stayed in this condo for 2 nights for a quick weekend beach trip. The renter was easy to work with - they left a complimentary bottle of Chardonnay for us on the dining room table and even waived the pet fee for our 7lb. yorkie. However I would not stay at this condo again. I understand that the condo is pet friendly, but that should not mean that the cleaning standards should be lower. The condo was not very clean - trash from the previous guests were left in the cup holders in the couch, there were stains on some of the pillow shams, the couch is leather and did not appear to have been wiped down recently, and there were multiple random long coarse dog hairs in the bed sheets. There were also clumps of dog hair on the rugs. Upon arrival, we reviewed the renter rules in the book left on the coffee table - by the owner’s policy, if towels/beds appear untouched, the towels/sheets will not be washed between guests. This was concerning for us because we feel that all linens should be washed between guests. This condo also needs renovations - one of the sliding glass doors to the patio did not lock so a stick was used in place of a lock, there was water leaking from the kitchen sink onto the floor, the button on the kitchen faucet head was completely missing, the drain was damaged and slow in the master bath sink, and the sliding door to the guest shower was not fully functional. We love to stay in Harbour Town when visiting HHI, but this condo did not meet the our expectations for a Harbour Town/Sea Pines condo. It was not at all what we were expecting considering the price $$$ we paid and based on the photos in the listing online.

Great Condo for 2-4 people

This condo is nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Short walk or bike ride to Harbour Town. The Quarterdeck has been newly renovated and is great for dinner and the sunset views are amazing!

Wonderful!

We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of our stay in this condo. It’s clean and updated. We lost water for a few hours due to a water main break that we were unaware of and the owners responded right away and found out what the problem was. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Perfectly located between Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center. Both are short walks. Tennis center across the street and free courts right at this condo. Free bikes! Lovely, clean condo.
