Welcome to the charming Queen's Grant 602, located in Hilton Head's Palmetto Dunes neighborhood. You will love the space and location, as it is conveniently located near the pool, tennis, golf, outfitters, restaurants, general store, and the beach. The villa is settled into the LowCountry with peek-a-boo golf and pool views, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere

Living Spaces:
You'll love the newly updated, spacious kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and ample bar and table seating. Enjoy the coastal living room with access to the back patio.

Accommodations:
The primary suite has a king sized bed, sliding doors to the patio, and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, another king bedroom awaits with a jack and jill bathroom connected to a second guest suite with a queen and twin bed.

Outdoor:
Step outside and enjoy a large dining table covered by an umbrella. Grill up some delicious meals on the BBQ, and enjoy the pool views.

Great Villa

Wonderful Villa that is centrally located on the island. Well stocked kitchen and very comfy furniture. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place

Perfect size for our group of 6. We tend to cook off and on and this was one of the best stocked rentals with kitchen tools that I have stayed in. We had a great week.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was clean. The home was roomy and nice size deck on the back. Very lovely neighborhood and neighbors. I travel with my dog and this place worked out great.

Summer fun

Villa was well stocked and had many additional options— beach chairs and beach towels a plus! We enjoyed our stay would have liked to be a little closer to beach - had to drive or bike to beach - but pool was right outside the villa.. we had a wonderful vacation.

2nd Time as Great as the 1st

This was our second time renting this Villa. The layout with a Master downstairs with 2 bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bathroom upstairs is perfect. Very comfortable living room for the family to relax.

3 week stay in February

The villa was nicely decorated and furnished. It was very well equipped with every necessity. The only suggestion would be to furnish a crock pot. Meals can be prepared in the morning and you can leave for the day. Location in palmetto dunes is very nice. Private yet convenient to pool and general store. Loved our stay in 602

The condo is very nice and modern inside.

Two things... there is no grill at this property. Also the deck boards need some attention. Otherwise the inside was very nice and all the amenities were newer and clean! Would def stay here again!

Great spot

We had a lovely week. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Worked well for our group of 8. Really nice being so close to the pool. Quiet area. Loved the back porch and umbrella. Cooked on the grill, ate outside. We picked up a low country boil at Barnacle Bills and was perfect on the porch. Nice week for our family to reconnect.

Fit What We Were Looking For

We own on the Island but our place was occupied by family the week we wanted to enjoy Hilton Head Island. Hence, we decided to rent a place for the week for our family of five. This place fit what we were looking for perfectly - recently remodeled and soothing decor, roomy, comfortable, centrally located on the island, short walk to the beach and easy rental coordination. It served as a nice home base for our week on the Island. Thank you!

Great Villa for 2 families

Great Palmetto Dunes location with close proximity to pickleball, tennis, golf and general store. Relatively close to beach. Nice layout for vacation regarding kitchen, dining room, living room, master on main with 2 sinks, shower and toilet, and also a half bath. Nice size tv and sound system in living room, good internet/wifi for TV and our mobile devices. Interesting though having to use 3 remotes. Plenty of room for everyone. Upstairs master with king sharing a full size bathroom with 3rd bedroom. Great for our son and his family to stay upstairs. So happy they were dog friendly which made it almost perfect. Would have liked closer to the beach especially for 2 of our family member, but still easy walk for the rest. Pool view was neutral and thankfully pool too busy or noisy. Nice to have so much shared grassy area out back for dogs. NOTE: Walk is .6 miles from Villa to the Dunes House which is beach access then you walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Property Manager responded quickly to questions. We didn't have any problems.

Beautiful unit

We had a marvelous stay and in unit 602. Everything in the unit was great and it was beautifully decorated. Beach chairs and towels were provided for our use which was a nice touch. The unit was adequately supplied with everything you could ever need. Thank you for sharing your unit!

Our family of seven adults had a wonderful stay at this property. (one slept downstairs on sofa pull out) The kitchen is fully stocked. Ice machine was able to keep up. Purchased bags of ice at the General Store for the beach cooler. We have stayed at Queen's Grant and in several homes in the Pametro Dunes area over the years. This unit is just as nice as any house in the area. We appreciated the seating in this home where all could sit at the table and the living room with plenty of room. Thank you for opening this home up to share with families. The updates are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our week with our family.

Very nice place.

We really enjoyed this unit. The proximity to the pool is great; like having your own pool without the maintenance - just steps away from the deck. The unit is nicely decorated; the kitchen is equipped well for family dinners; beach towels and toys available for use; and very clean. Unfortunately there was a problem in the unit with the hot water heater and ceiling leakage. The property manager was on top of it immediately- although I thought I left home repairs at home! It was resolved quickly and professionally. I look forward to our next opportunity to stay here. Thanks to the owners for sharing.

We had a great vacation

I would have given a rating of 5 stars except for a refrigerator they never adequately fixed. It wasn’t working when we arrived and I called to report. Repairman came and analyzed error code and made adjustment in freezer. We were told the frig would be cool within a few hours. It never got cooler and continued to beep every 5 min and error code showed same error. I called again was told repairman would return. We are not certain if he returned but frig was in same condition. Otherwise place was very nice. Great location as it was very centrally located yet private. It was clean and nicely decorated. Floor plan was perfect.

Perfect

We stayed in this beautiful unit for 10 days. It was perfect. Completely updated with a very well-equipped kitchen. Every appliance worked beautifully and seemed brand new. The beds and living room furniture were so comfortable. The walk-in showers were luxurious! Awesome water pressure. Also, there was a lovely spacious deck off of the living room and master bedroom. Perfect for dinner and cocktails or even just lounging. This unit is also steps away from the pool. Steps! The unit felt very private but in close distance to general store, tennis center, bike path, etc. For reference, we were five adults and one pooch. The men golfed during the day while the ladies biked and jogged and visited the beach/pool. In the evening we gathered on the deck and relaxed and grilled dinner. The grill is electric and we had no issues using it. The owners of this unit thought of every detail!

Pool is closed!

Future renters be aware that the pool is closed! We arrived ready to enjoy the pool but instead found the water to be filthy, pool deck to be dirty, signage hanging lopsided off the fence and the gate latch not working. Other visitors were shocked too and asked us about it since our condo was closest to the pool. The agency we rented from said that our concern was the first they had heard of this, offered no compensation, pushed the responsibility to the owner's association, and said the pool would remain closed until 4/21. On another subject, the rental agency sent multiple emails and texts with duplicate information. Yet, when it came to accessing the bikes, information was missing/incomplete. Multiple conversations helped remedy the situation. The condo itself is very nice.

Horrible experience

Beautiful condo but unfortunately the AC was broke and we could not stay in condo. We waited on AC repair the first night and again the next morning. When they decided it couldn’t be fixed they was going to move us to another condo. They didn’t have another condo that was equivalent and when they gave us a 2 bedroom they then called and said the owner was coming in and we couldn’t have it. Then they moved us to a house that was scheduled for renovations. Most of the lights didn’t work and it had many steps which didn’t work to well with a handicapped person. We was only in the house 20 minutes when the governor ordered evacuations due to hurricane. We were assured that we would get a refund by Debra and Doug. They said Darcie would take care of it when she returned from vacation. I called this week and spoke to Darcie she said she would issue a refund but would need to call me back. She has not returned my call. I spoke to customer service today they said she would call in 15 min she never called. No one answers the phone at all now. So now we are in dispute with credit card. So sad.. why people can’t just do the right thing. So no I would not rent again with this property manager.

Spacious, Quiet, and Good Location

This Villa has a good layout for 3 generations to stay. Children can go to bed while the adults are comfortable in the living room. Large deck with table and grill. Pool just behind the unit. Easy bike ride to both Shelter Cove and the beach.
