The property was very clean. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach access and the pool. Perfect location. The bathrooms were small but for a week stay it was OK. It was a pleasant stay and appreciate the quick response from property manager.

This was our once a year ladies weekend. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable beds, relaxing, quiet and easily accessible to beach, restaurants and shopping. Host was always available for questions. Hope to rent again.

The condo was really nice. The beds were really comfortable. Loved that the pool was steps from the door. The ocean was within easy walking distance. The pillows could be upgraded but I usually bring my own so it wasn't a huge deal.

Five day birthday getaway

My family of five ( husband and three children) stayed here for our first time on Hilton Head Island and we loved it! The property is exactly as pictured and listed. The property was clean and in a beautiful area overlooking the pool, we were pleasantly surprised that even in July it was never crowded or loud bring near the pool. The king bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in. The beach is about 5 minutes away and very easy to walk and much less crowded than the coligny beach area where some other family stayed. We will definitely book again if we come back to Hilton Head Island.

Awesome place.

Dino the property manager was great. We had one small issue upon arrival and it was handled within minutes 10x better than we expected. I’ve already referred this property to friends a c we will return.

Hilton Head 2025

We loved the location of the condo. Very convenient to the beach and pool. Our condo was very nice with the correct bedding for our group. Our only complaint would be in the second bedroom the shower does leak alittle and you can't open the shower door completely because it hits the toilet. The bathroom needs to be reconfigured.

Location is amazing! So easy to just walk back and forth if you forgot something or wanted a beach break. Pool literally steps outside your door. It is a uniquely shaped building, so the space is a bit unique as well inside. Lots of steps, but not an issue for us. One of the bathrooms was very small, but worked for our teen boys. Had an issue with the AC and owner responded immediately! Went to breakfast and came back to it being fixed. House has EVERYTHING you need: ample beach toys and chairs and towels, coffee pot and filters, trash bags, sandwich bags, full kitchen, extra toiletries, games, books…EVERYTHING you could need. Will definitely be coming back!

Great Location

We have visited Hilton Head many times, we always stay within a short walk of the beach and bike ride to Coligny plaza. This location has been my favorite. The condo is right next to the path to the beach (3 year could make the walk fine) and pool is right out back. Condo itself is nice and had everything we needed. It has lots of pool and beach toy/items. The kitchen and bathrooms are small, but worked fine for our family of 3.

so close to the beach

The location of this vrbo cannot be beaten - you're literally steps from the beach, and the pool is just outside the back door. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bed was super comfy! Dino was also super helpful and responsive!

Excellent! Great location to the beach!

This place was everything we needed for our family. You walk out the front door, cross the street, and there is a path for a short walk to the beach. The host provides a lot of beach supplies so we didn't need to bring any. Also, we were pleasantly surprised that the master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed! The other two beds in the other room were firmer. It's important to note this is a two story condo so you must be comfortable with stairs. Overall we loved this place. The entire process was very easy and everything and then some was provided for us. We would stay at this place again. Thank you for hosting us!.

Lovely Home in South Forest Beach

We visited Hilton Head for four nights in March and had a wonderful stay. Seascape is convenient by bike or walking to Coligny Beach and is a quiet, nicely maintained property. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the view of the pool area and the spacious living and dining area. The host was gracious and communicative. Highly recommended!
