The resort offers three championship golf courses, miles of bike paths, tennis, pickle ball, the General Store, and an 11-mile lagoon system that you can explore by rented kayak or canoe. The oceanfront Dunes House is a must-visit spot where you can enjoy a cocktail or a leisurely lunch while watching the waves. The beach is easily accessible via the beach walk that takes you from the pool to the beach. Guests of the villa can comfortably sleep 8, and the villa is non-smoking. The owner of this villa has provided 4 beach chairs for guests to use during their stay.

Guests of Palmetto Dunes can take the free Dunes Buggy that runs between the resort and the Shelter Cove Marina. At the marina, visitors can enjoy strolling along the harbor and taking in the gorgeous water views and yachts. The on-site oceanfront pool measures 22' x 50' and is 3' to 5' in depth. It is heated in March, April, October and November. Pool heat dates are subject to change without notice and may vary depending on weather. The pool area also offers a kiddie pool.
