It was just when I was looking for. Great location right on the beach, very comfortable.

I loved the location being right on the beach and so close to restaurants, the pier area, the train and all the bicycle lanes and paths. The condo was very comfortable and just roomy enough for one or two. I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay!!! It was super close to the beachfront. Very family friendly!

We were looking for some relaxation time and we got it! You could hear the waves crashing from our room. We definitely will be back. We loved having breakfast on the deck and walking a few feet to get to the beach!!!!! My only recommendation is a window fan due to poor air circulation the cool breeze didn’t really make it in our room.

Comfy and clean!

The property was clean, new, and comfortable for myself and two other adults. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and the pier. The property had updated appliances. The master bed was comfy. The pullout couch wasn’t as comfortable. Loved the patio area. We enjoyed dinner Oceanside and coffee in the morning. A reminder to not smoke on property may be necessary. One of the other tenants was smoking marijuana and the smell was overpowering. Couldn’t leave our windows open without the smell permeating our condo. Overall, we enjoyed the property and we’d definitely return.

Great location

The location is perfect. Beautiful views just as you step out of the door. The apartment was very clean. Shower was nice. Bed was very comfortable. This is perfect for 2 people. Don’t expect to park your car in the garage unless it is very small. A Nissan Altima will fit -but very difficult to ope the door to get out. But easy street parking made it not so bad. We just brought the car down for loading/unloading. The outdoor seating area was very nice. But the WiFi doesn’t work very well and cell service at the level near the beach was virtually nonexistent. The grill needed to be cleaned up and utensils washed if you wanted to use. Plus, the apartment did not have any basic seasonings such as salt/pepper. We ate at swami’s and it was fantastic for takeout.

Perfect Place on the Beach

We loved the location! Very easy and convenient check-in. Garage parking was great. Property Manager is very responsive and helpful. Kids loved the boogie boards, beach toys, and chairs available to use for free. Overall great experience.

Great location

This property is in a great location. The convenience of having a full kitchen was great especially having our kids with us. The downfalls we had were.. extremely dirty floor. It was not mopped before our arrival. The garage was extremely small and difficult to get in and out of. And the unit we got was not the unit in the pictures. The unit I chose was supposed to be the front unit per the pictures, however, we got the unit behind it.

Week on the beach

Cozy Condo, Perfect Location!

Great condo in the perfect location! We loved being able to hear the ocean waves as we fell asleep at night. You are within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops and only a few steps to the beach. The condo was well stocked with everything you need. Nathan was very responsive and helpful. We had a great visit and would definitely stay here again!!

Loved it

The place was perfect for me, my wife, and 2 young children for a long weekend. We love the beach, live about 2.5 hour east, and will use this place as our go-to from hear on out.

A Great Getaway

The rooms are clean and includes everything you might need during your stay. If not, the manager is on site to accommodate you. The beach is literally across the street from the property. There is also a large patio that includes chairs, umbrellas and gas grills and utensils that are ready to use. A laundry room is also on the property. Lands End includes everything you need, i.e., beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, and an outdoor shower to wash the sand away when you are done. We highly recommend Lands End for a fun family vacation.

Quaint, ocean front gem with incredible location

Ocean front property that is only a few steps to the beach and minutes to the pier. The property has an amazing community deck where you can enjoy the ocean views and/or enjoy a meal. You are also walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The property provides everything you would need for a beach trip ... beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and beach towels, The condo is quaint but cozy ... it fit two adults and two kids comfortably. We loved falling asleep with the ocean waves in the background. Nate was super responsive answering questions almost instantly. We loved our stay at Land’s End and will definitely be back.

Vacation after husbands business meeting

The location could not be beat! It is right on the ocean. We were able to sit on the deck and watch an Iron Man Competition! Nate the manager was there to answer any questions. The unit was very clean and had everything you needed. Loved our stay!

No place like home

We really loved our stay at Land's End! Nathan was extremely helpful and accommodating when we decided to book a staycation of sorts because of home repairs. We stayed for a little over the month and each room had what you needed whether you were staying for a few days or for an extended period. Though we are local, it was nice to enjoy the beachfront, wake up to see the surfers, people watch, view the sunset, and to listen to the waves each evening. Everyone in the complex was very friendly and we met some pretty cool people while enjoying time out on the deck. Land's End is family and pet friendly and you too should enjoy your time there. Nathan, thank you so very much for your hospitality and we hope to visit you guys again.

I absolutely LOVE this place!!!

Lands End is one of my favorite places ever! You are right on the water and can hear the ocean waves from your room. They have a huge patio to sit for your morning coffee or drink at sunset. I've stayed in a lot of places all over San Diego and Lands End in Oceanside is BY FAR the best! You are walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants which makes the vacation that much better to leave your car parked in your private garage and relax. Oceanside is dog friendly too, so you can walk your pup right out your door and onto the boardwalk! Nate and the whole staff are awesome and extremely accommodating. When you pull in, you are greeted with a welcome sign with your name and garage space on it. They have boogie boards, beach chairs, towels and anything else you need for an amazing vacation! I absolutely LOVE this place and will only stay here when I head to San Diego! Thanks for everything Lands End!

Great location, family friendly!

The location was perfect for our family vacation, the owners and neighbors were nothing more than quiet, polite and helpful. The room was a typical room with the basics for your stay. Unfortunately they are all no bigger than a one bedroom but we made it work with the bed and pullout couch provided. I would say our favorite aspect of Lands End was the deck! The BBQ’s, picnic tables, toy box, rocking chairs, the extra beach toys and boogie boards, my family utilized everything and that’s where we spent most of our time if we were done in the water but still needed to play. The added dog/baby gate was also a great and helpful feature that we took full advantage of for keeping the kids secure and safe. The laundry room onsite was very convenient, although a coin machine and community laundry baskets would have been helpful as we came unprepared. Parking was a bit tight but we also were given an extra parking pass and access to the third deck entrance gate which I will be forever grateful for as we stayed on the third deck and lugging groceries/luggage/supplies up three flights of stairs with younger children would have been an eventful experience in itself. Overall we had a great vacation and look forward to booking our next vacation with Lands End!!!
