This beautiful, completely renovated one-bedroom apartment offers a delightful bedroom with a California king, a full bathroom, a living room with a pull-out queen sofa bed and a kitchen. With views from one end of the apartment to the other being inside is almost as good as being outside.

Beachside wonderfulness

Lovely cabin right across from the beach and walking distance to downtown Oceanside. Enjoyed all of it.

The perfect beach cottage

We spent 3 days in Oceanside for a wedding and I could not have found a better spot to stay at, the chairs right outside the door are wonderful to watch the waves. The location was PERFECT, so much around to do within walking distance. The bed was extremely comfortable and the check in/out process was seamless. Also, I recieved multiple messages checking in to ensure we didn't need anything. If ever in the area again this will be where we stay!

Perfect location!!!!

Beautiful view right on the oceon. We had a ground floor unit for my 95 year old mom and it worked out great. If the breeze was too cool for her she enjoyed the same view from the kitchen window. The futon was a bit small for 2 people but we made it work. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Great place for a family stay

Very clean and nice location. Took our grandchildren and had a blast, especially being so close to the ocean. Family oriented location. Enjoyed our stay very much and would definately recommend this place to families. Having a kitchen was awesome, it allowed us a lot more play time not having to leave to eat.

Wonderful family retreat!

We had a great time in Oceanside. The rental was perfect for our family. We enjoyed being able to cook and feel like we "lived" there. We loved being to close to the ocean and within walking distance to the Oceanside shops and Sunset Market. We are already talking about when we can return. Nathan was attentive but gave us our space.

Clean, cozy, and right on the beach... stay here!

We stayed in number 15 for almost a week and couldn't be happier with our time at Land's End! The unit had everything we needed and you can't beat the location and views of the water and the pier. We really enjoyed the community deck, and having the garage let us park our car once and not think about it again until it was time to pack up. In conclusion: book it now, thank me later!

Ten Stars!

I just returned home from a 9 day stay at Lands End. It was fantastic. You are literally right on the beach. While there is no one to make your bed each day, you can't beat the location and the price for you what you get. I've stayed in time share hotels with kitchenettes etc., but there usually is very little plates and cooking utensils. Lands End pays attention to small details making sure each room is well stocked with the right necessities to get you started. The Beds are phenomenal the sheets are soft the rooms and property are impeccably clean (with million dollar views of the ocean) and they really have built a wonderful sense of community. For being total strangers to several people it sure felt like we were all friends immediately which is kind of nice. Everyone was great to get to know. There is a huge deck for the community to meet and chat and hang out (which we did for hours). There are two grills for everyone to use and I have never been in a place where everyone just picks up after themselves and keeps the place clean. Don't bother bringing extra items such as boogie boards and chairs your unit comes with two chairs and an umbrella. There are several boogie boards for everyone to use. PLUS you have a garage to park your car! No need to worry about parking that is a fantastic added bonus. I wanted to buy some bikes since we didn't bring ours and Nate gave me a couple local places as well as some suggestions to save money. Nate and his family are wonderful hosts, they definitely provided me and my family with a well needed vacation. We unexpectedly had our dog sitting fall through on us, but Nate welcomed our dog with open arms. It was no problem he was very kind to work with us on a last minute change in plans. We have already re-booked for next year! I would give this place ten stars if I could. I knew it was going to be great after reading several reviews, but this exceeded all expectations!

Great experience

Stayed here for a long weekend and couldn't be happier with our experience. We stayed in unit 17. In my opinion it was the best unit in the entire complex. We had Oceanview from every room. We were sleeping literally 30 feet from the sand. You could hear the waves crashing all night long. The common deck is a fantastic bonus. Lots of seating a couple of grills umbrellas everything you need to enjoy the ocean right at your fingertips. All of the residents were really nice and everybody was nice and hung out very family-friendly. Very pet friendly. Our kids had a blast. Very relaxed and casual atmosphere. We will definitely be back thank you

Wonderful Stay

I am a few months late in writing this review and I am very sorry for that! We absolutely loved our stay here for the weekend. We recently moved from SoCal and needed to return to visit some family. This was the best location for us, our small dogs, and our toddler. Could not have asked for a better price, better staff, and relaxing stay. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Fabulous Location: on the beach

Lands End is the perfect place for a laid-back beach vacation. It was great to have the ocean and beach at our doorstep. Another bonus is being only a short walk to the pier, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment venues. Our apartment was comfortable, clean, nicely furnished and well stocked. We're making plans for a return visit. Location – gorgeous oceanfront setting Apartment – clean, well stocked & comfortably furnished Management – friendly, helpful and accommodating Common Area – large ocean facing deck with plenty of seating and BBQs Pets – dogs warmly welcomed WIFI – strong and fast signal Parking – free garage or street parking Note: If using street parking move car on sweeping days to avoid ticket Onsite Laundry – nice machines that are reasonably priced Beach Xtras – chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys provided

Great Fun

This is our second year for a visit. We love the place. Great people, very relaxed place. Our unit was just the right size for two. You could add another person as the couch folds down. You can't beat the view from this unit. The shower needs an update but that's it. The deck in the morning and evening is so nice. Fun town with great people. Quick walk to the Harbor. Lots of good food. We love it. To the managers, thank you for all you do! see you next year.

Loved this little piece of beach heaven!!

My husband and I stayed here February through May, and loved every minute of it!! We spent many days and evenings on the beautiful deck steps from the ocean!! My husband surfed almost every day, it's right by the pier, which is a very popular surf break. We loved that it's a dog friendly environment, with a park just a short walk away! In fact everything's just a short walk, dining, the Oceanside harbor, the movie theater!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

AMAZING!!! Love, Love, Love!

This place is amazing! I hesitated posting this review because I know it's going to make it harder to book! Ha!Ha! However, I have to give credit where credits due. We had 2 adults and 2 small children staying in room 15 and it was incredible! Super clean, quiet and safe! The bed was super comfortable and hearing the waves right at your door (pratically) is Ah~mazing! The area is perfect if you're planning a family vacation. There are really great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Everyone living in the complex was so welcoming and nice! Oh and did I mention the sunsets everynight,over the gorgeous Pacific Ocean right outside your front door??.. You won't be dissapointed! Thanks Nathan for an amazing family vacation!

Land's End # 15

Trip Report Land’s End Cabin # 15 Oceanside CA 4/12/15 – 4/17/15 Pre-trip communication was awesome! The Owner, Nathan, was very helpful. He took the time to answer my many emails and questions very quickly. He even made great suggestions about area events and services. He was available by phone always and even helped talk us in through the one way and beach traffic! Arrival was smooth, Nathan was waiting in the parking lot of the complex and helped us get oriented. The cabin was unlocked and sparkling clean. The garages are terrifyingly narrow, we did not rent a car (Uber all the way!) so did not have to deal with that. It was available to any guests we had. They seemed used to the small parking and did not have any problem. Nathan provided a street parking pass to those that had larger cars and SUVs. While this rental was half of a duplex, there was never any noise from the other tenant. All the other guests and tenants were very friendly and helpful. It was a family environment, a few small children, even a family with a baby. Lots of older folks, no college party kids woohooo. Several guests had dogs, it was never a disturbance. The entire stay, including the weekend was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The cabin was nicely decorated with the usual starter supplies. Everything was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, I was able to cook a proper Sunday supper and serve four people with what was provided. The fridge and stove were newish and nice, it is an adjustment cooking with gas, be careful! There was a coffee maker, toaster and even a blender! Dishpan, Drainer and even a vase for flowers! Microwave is small but does the job. No dishwasher. Tip # 1 – Bring/get paper plates, second day I thought, why am I doing dishes at the beach! Also a supply of ziplocks was very handy! The sheets and towels were nice quality and freshly laundered. While the bathroom is small, it was modern and water pressure was fine. There were plenty of space heaters, each room had a ceiling fan. Nathan also provided a broom (used often!) and small mats to keep the sand at bay. Bed and futon were very comfortable and good quality. Nice TV, with extra HDMI cable! Standard cable service, wifi available. Tip #2, Best wifi is on the communal deck. Otherwise spotty, as well as spotty phone reception (it’s the beach, didn’t see one cell tower!). Hang out on the deck for heavy web browsing or downloading. I did bring a Roku (

Very clean and great location.

We stayed her for a last minute weekend getaway. Our party consisted of 2 adults and 2 kids (4 and 8 yr old ) and 2 small dogs. Nathan was amazing through the whole process. He was very responsive to our needs. We were glad we brought a small car that for easily in the garage. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. Everything was brand new and so cute. It was well stocked with everything the internet says in addition to it had a bottle of dish soap, new sponge, trash bags, new liquid hand soap, 3 rolls to toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. We stayed in #17 which had it own private deck/entrance was really nice especially for the dogs!!! Location amazing....just steps beach. Unbelievingly close!!!!! We will definitely stay her again. A few little things but no big deal....The futon/sofa bed was very big and new but was difficult to set up (kept falling off the track) and kept collapsing when an adult laid on it. Next time I will bring an air mattress to ensure comfort. The wifi was spotty but seemed to support one device reliably. I wish there was a no smoking policy our neighbor in #18 smoked and so we had to close us all the front windows and door. Thanks for a wonderful stay!! See you soon!!

Wonderful Get Away!

My family stayed here for 5 days earlier this month. This place is right on the beach and you could hear the waves crashing day and night. I have 2 teenagers (who can be hard to please) and we all had a wonderful time! We hung out on the beach, swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, playing Frisbee, go fishing… awesome family time. Short walk to the pier, restaurants and shopping. Nathan the property manager was so very helpful, easy to find and had all the answers to any questions. We had everything we needed at Land’s End. Would love to stay here again!
