We would not recommend booking this property again.The cleaning crew misrepresented the condition of the condominium upon our departure. The owner informed me that there was animal hair on the furniture, but I was not provided with photographs to support this claim. I was aware that this was a falsehood.As a meticulous and clean individual, I thoroughly cleaned the entire unit during my four-day stay. I even provided photographs to the owner, which clearly showed that there was no animal hair left on the window seating. Furthermore, we utilized the only couch in the unit as a pull-out bed for my teenage son from the moment we arrived, as it was immediately converted into a bed. The two couch cushions were stored in the bedroom closet throughout our entire stay.I was aware that the cleaning crew had exaggerated the time they spent cleaning and that there was no animal hair left on the furniture, as the couch was used as a bed and the cushions were stored away. However, how is this possible?I would not recommend booking this property again due to the untrustworthy cleaning crew and the lack of evidence to support their claim that there was animal hair on the window seat, which I had my own photographs to prove. This place was initially a wonderful place to stay, but the ending was super disappointing. We won’t be booking here again because they took an additional deposit for cleaning that didn’t happen and there’s no proof.
