Very Noisy Place

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

There is a lot of maintenance to be done on the items I am listing here. No one should have to spend that much time in this noisy envirnment. Nearly everything I mention is Fixable. This is the noisiest rental we have ever had! Everything makes noise. All the doors creak. The bathroom shower screams and the bathroom fan is very loud. The refridgerator door squeaks as well. Every door in every room of this rental creaks. The noise comes from everywhere. Upstairs you can hear them drag chairs across the floor, same with all units around you. Outside the windows in the hall you can hear every word people are saying. From crying, to kids playing, to people talking, to dragging the luggage down the hall. There is no escaping the noise in this rental. The walls appear to be paper-thin. There should be a "Quite- Time". This might help keep the kids from running around the hallways at night. As of now, chilren are allowed to run wild at all hours of the night The kids have free reign up and down the halls and stirwells.The rental location was nice. Great view of the water. The TV in the living room had very few channels. The TV in the bedroom did not work at all. There is an ice maker in the freezer and it works. There are no ceiling fans or any kind of fans in this rental.The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Renters are to bring any food or spices needed. There was no literature with local information in the rental. People from out of town, depend on this kind of information. Same for the TV's. No manuals/instruction for the TV's. The thing is, we enjoyed ourselves here. The place just really needs some TLC. The owners owe it to renters to fix all these items. They certainly seem to think it is worth charging the amount they do. Now make it worth the money you charge, by fixing everything I have mentioned here. Only then will you get a review worthy of the price you charge. Do not hesitate to contact me for futher comments and or questions.
