Kitchen: 4-burner stove, microwave with grill, refrigerator, small freezer, capsule coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and dishes
Shower room: shower, 1 sink, toilet, large closet, washing machine
Veranda (20 m²): 1 sofa bed (140 x 190), 1 three-seater sofa, large ceiling fan, large sideboard, a private terrace (2 lounge chairs, 1 large table with 4 chairs), 1 125cm 4K TV.
 
Rates: High season from Saturday at 5:00 PM to Saturday at 10:00 AM
From July 1 to 31 and August 16 to 30: 1,000 euros per week
From August 1 to 15: 1,200 euros per week
Mid-season: 700 euros per week.

Please bring your own sheets (2 sets, 140x190 cm) for 4 people, towels, kitchen towels, and bath towels.
Pets allowed for an additional 50 euros; this is a non-smoking property.
30% deposit required at the time of booking.
Cleaning fee: 55 euros
