Spacious newly renovated one level home in the Mews Village of New Seabury (Mashpee). Open concept floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths + bonus room with central air, heat, Wifi, and cable. Large outdoor fenced in outdoor area with private heated salt water pool*, fire pit, outdoor shower, and plenty on lounge chairs for relaxing!

The house was amazing with lots of sunlight, a great yard, and pool for the kids to enjoy. The area was beautiful and was a location to get to various sights. 10 out of 10, would stay again!

Mother/daughter stay

My mom and I stayed here for a few nights while my kiddos were at camp. We had a nice relaxing time by the pool and the house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again with my kids.

Great house in a great location!

We have been to this area many times and it is a terrific spot for families with younger kids. The house is lovely, with a gorgeous pool and fire pit. The location is perfect. There is a ton to do and it’s a 5 minute drive from South Cape beach.

Lovely and clean!

Our family of 4, plus our mini golden doodle, had a wonderful, relaxing stay here. It was super clean, the towels and linens smelled amazing, the pool was warm, and the property owner is super nice and responded instantly to all of my messages. The town is lovely as well. We hope to stay again soon!

Would stay there again in a heartbeat

We had a wonderful stay at the Mews. It was ideal for biking, beaching, pooling, and dining within 20 minutes. Rooms were comfy, and outdoor space was expansive. The owner was very prompt with questions (we only had one, because it was so well planned by the renters)! We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Val!!

Magnificent Home

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this home. The home is cozy and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the nautical vibe of the house. It is decorated beautifully and with great care. We enjoyed the pool daily during our stay. The home is close to many beaches and tourist attractions. We will definitely be coming back!

Mews Village stay

Lovely home, well presented with good amenities. Homeowner is very helpful with great communication. Nice quiet location & not far from the beach. Mashpee Commons 10 min drive away, 20 mins to Falmouth. Plenty of Restaurants and Ice Cream parlours a short drive from the house. Would happily return again for a future stay

Everything You Need!

Our stay in the Mews was absolutely amazing! The heated, salt water pool was just what we needed on the 70 degree days! Inside, Val had everything we might need from cutlery to containers for left overs. We roasted s'mores and enjoyed playing cornhole in the evenings. If we needed anything, Val was quick to respond.

We found the host to be wonderful in all aspects pertaining to the preparation and details of our stay. Her availability for questions or concerns, her communication style, and her recommendations for the best area restaurants was incredibly helpful. We were able to bring our small dog. The house was, as described, lovely and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and the location perfect for beaches, shopping, hopping a ferry to the Vineyard, and great food. We had an amazing time. I would book again in a heartbeat!

Cape Cod

The property was perfect for what we needed. We didn't spend a lot of time there as we had other activities planned. We were surprised at how close the neighboring properties are. They share common walls and fences. Property was clean and nicely decorated. It was also well supplied and we kind of felt we were staying in a friends house who went away for the week. Communication with host was great.

The Highlight of our Summer

My husband and I stayed here in August of '22, and I can't say enough about this property! Quiet neighborhood but close to the action: Popponesset, the beach, and Mashpee Commons. We know there's so much more to the Cape, but we never left Mashpee in 2 weeks! What I personally enjoyed the most was the pool and how well the kitchen was equipped. When we entertained family, all they wanted to do was be in the pool and eat! My husband enjoyed the carefree living and watching our family, especially the little ones, have a blast. We had a few questions at the beginning of our stay, but they were answered and resolved quickly, and it was smooth sailing for the duration. We hope to be back in '23!

Great Cape Escape!

We had a fabulous two weeks away as a family of four and loved this property in The Mews section of New Seabury! The house was clean, updated and had everything you could possibly need during your stay. The heated pool, corn hole set and fire pit in the backyard were all welcome additions and made the stay even more enjoyable! Val was a gracious host and promptly addressed any questions we had. We loved being close to Mashpee Commons and all the restaurants and shops near by too! We hope to stay at this house again next summer!

Mid June Getaway

This property was an ideal spot for our family to enjoy a Cape vacation. The private heated saltwater pool was the highlight: 75 degree air temp, 80+ degree water temp! We brought our own bikes and rode to the beach. The home was welcoming and clean. We loved traveling with our dog and appreciated the large fenced in yard. Thank you to the hosts!

beautiful and clean property

my husband and our two children (8 and 12) enjoyed our stay at this property. living in New England, the biggest draw for us was the heated pool as advertised. our kids love water and we thought we will never leave the property during our stay :)) unfortunately the pool did not heat beyond 68 degrees during our stay. the kids did enjoy a nice swim on the first day we got there. the property owners were responsive throughout our stay. unfortunately how heated the pool got also depends on how cold the air is and having lived in New England, we should have just gone over June or July. overall, a beautiful property and much to do in the area.

Everything was Perfect!

The house, location and pool were perfect for us. Val is very responsive and takes great care of her property. The beds are very comfortable too! We stayed in mid October and our kids swam in the heated pool the entire time we were there. I highly recommend!

Great place!

Home is in a great neighborhood and is exactly as the pics show. Super close to the beach, and not a far drive to other towns. We enjoyed our stay, and put the pool, grill, and fire pit to good use! Hosts were super easy to communicate with and available for any questions or concerns.
