Un precioso de 3 dormitorios y 2 baño de la casa completa con piscina en el lujoso New Seabury Resort con vistas al campo de golf. Incluye cable de internet inalámbrico! Tranquilo y privado, este refugio para 6 personas cómodamente y en el otoño de 2014, hemos actualizado los baños, poner en una nueva estufa de gas, y el interior pintado. Tome un baño en la piscina, barbacoa y relajarse en la terraza de atrás, o dar un paseo en la playa a menos de una milla de distancia. Usted puede visitar las muchas playas de la zona, al golf en los campos cercanos, comprar en Mashpee Commons, jugar al golf en miniatura, asistir a la serie de conciertos de verano, a pie o caminar por los senderos turísticos, bicicleta en cualquier lugar, pescado o ... no hacer nada y sentarse en la cubierta trasera, parrilla unos filetes y nadar en su piscina!

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The pool was gorgeous and the location was close to things but did not feel overcrowded or touristy. Super close to the beach. Larry was easy to work with and we absolutely hope to book again next season!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. Very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The house had everything we needed with many extras. Larry was very responsive and easy to work with. The pool really made our vacation great.

Wonderful place to stay

Best Cape Vacation Yet

We can’t say enough about our stay! What meant the most to us was how pleasing to the eye it was inside and out, how well-equipped the kitchen was (Tupperware and ample paper products!), and the pool, of course. We also loved that there was so much to do within a few miles: restaurants, shopping, and South Cape Beach. And New Seabury is beautiful!

Wonderful house with private pool

The house is great- clean, neat and just as described n the listing. The pool is perfect- our kids loved swimming in it multiple times a day. The location is driving distance from the beach and the Marketplace.

Wonderful house in great location

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. The layout of the house is great for a larger family who wants to vacation together. The pool was amazing and had just been refinished. We spent most of our vacation floating in the pool or relaxing on the spacious pool deck with a good book. The house is close to shopping and fun Cape things to do. We hope to stay at this wonderful retreat again soon.

Relaxing week at the Cape

This was our first time staying in the Mashpee area, we usually stay in Barnstable and though we missed having the beach right beside us, it was so lovely to have our own pool and stay in such a beautiful house! Even on rainy days the pool was fun, and the location allowed us to have easy day trips to Woods hole and Falmouth. We had a wonderful time and Larry is so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. 100% recommend.

Fabulous for our family of 4!

The house was spotless and quite airy! Our twin 2 year olds loved the pool! Larry was great and made it all easy!!! And the beach was 5 minutes away. We couldn’t ask for better! Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Great escape on the cape!

Beautiful home in a perfect location to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer. Very easy check-in process with great communication from Larry. The home is quite spacious with all the amenities to make a very comfortable stay. We loved the pool with plenty of room to lounge after an action-packed day of sightseeing. We even spent an evening star gazing on the deck complete with shooting stars! Thank you Larry for sharing your lovely home.

Perfect getaway

Stones throw to beach...restaurants..stores..ice cream...house in perfect condition with instructions for pool and garbage. All bases thoroughly covered. Plenty of dishes..silverware ..pots and pans..

Very Relaxing Property

This property is in a very quiet and relaxing neighborhood with just the right amount of amenities for a stay. The pool was a perfect size for younger kids and anyone interested in lounging. The redone patio area is great. Location is convenient to Falmouth, Mashpee, Hyannis, and the western part of Cape Cod. Getting to Chatham and the eastern part of the cape is a bit of a drive. Dealing with the owner is also very easy and problem free. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we were in the area.

Beautiful Home on the Cape

We had a wonderful time at this relaxing home on the Cape. For us, it delivered the entire package -A quiet home equipped with everything you need to cook meals with your family, play games, read some books or take a swim. Perfectly located near shopping/outlets, short drive to beaches, and Falmouth (with nice shops and restaurants). Also, just a short drive to the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Larry, the owner was extremely communicative and helpful, making our stay a memorable one. We've typically stayed in Chatham or Provincetown, but were really impressed by this area of the Cape. A great memory for my family.

Beautiful pool home in a great Cape location

My family and I enjoyed a relaxing vacation at this beautiful pool home located in the Mews section of New Seabury. The house is exactly as pictured, well equipped and immaculate. Check-in/Check-out was easy with Larry providing us all the information that we needed prior to our arrival. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool or at the nearby South Cape Beach ( 5 min drive away). Mashpee Commons with shops and restaurants is 10 minutes away and you can also easily drive to Falmouth or Hyannis. Thanks for a wonderful experience

Fabulous home away from home.

This house was just fantastic. I just spend a week in there and would do it again. The place is clean and it has everything you need to have a great vacation, especially if you want to relax, cook on-site and enjoy the pool (Fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, tan lotions, candles, games, and more ). The location worked for us well, because we like to explore and drive. Most of the near beaches are private, but there are a couple with public access about 10 minutes away. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood as well. Larry was excellent with his customer service, approachable, and flexible. I highly recommend staying in this property.

Location... Location..... Location....

We had a great week at this home. The home is very clean and well cared for. The owner Larry was very easy to work with, and easy to reach. We have 2 kids and it was very nice to return back to our own pool at the end of each day. The setting of the home was very private and relaxing, but close to everything. The town beach (permit needed) was only a mile away and the people there were friendly. Mashpee Commons is a great place to shop or eat. We also recommend the polar cave.... homemade ice cream. We would definitely return to this property again. Thank you Larry for sharing your house with us

Clean, Pretty Pool Area, Renovated Bathrooms

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. Not only was it exceptionally clean, there was an attention to details (e.g. new sliding doors with beautiful window treatments) that is unusual. The heated pool had pretty plantings, a wide deck and was very private with mature trees obscuring the golf course beyond. We appreciated that there were really three bedrooms. (The den had an actual bed in it, which isn't always the case in the Mews.) Our only suggestion is we could have used one more comfortable chair in the living room. All in all, very impressed and quite happy.

A beautiful escape

We absolutely love the house! It's set up and decorated beautifully. Very spacious and the backyard is gorgeous. Felt like paradise! We got a beach permit for the week and headed to South Cape Beach just about every morning. We liked the resident side best because my almost 80 year old Mom had a much easier time there. After a day at the ocean we had the luxury of hanging out by the pool. Perfect. Grilled a few times and went a few times to downtown Falmouth. A ton to do around the Cape. If only we had more time :-) Hoping to get back next Summer. Thank you to Larry & his family for sharing they're awesome house.

The property is very good. Home is well put together and maintained. The location was ideal for location to beaches. We loved the fact that it included a pool, an ice maker and that so many towel were included. Impressed with the glass floral arrangement on the dining room table. The extra condiments in the kitchen are very helpful, salt container was empty. Hope our critique can be seen as helpful, and not as complaints. Noticed the following, cord on the master bedroom blinds and the cord on the living room blind need work or replacement. The en-suite bathroom window does not have a working opening mechanism. We have been on the Cape at this time of year, but have never seen the yellow pollen and the dangly seed strings that fill the pool. I improvised a screen to cover the intake at the edge of the pool from the hand skimmer. I removed it from the pool and using duck tape, hung it so that the seeds were trapped there. Then I removed them by hand. This meant there was nothing getting into the skimmer. I have a picture of this if you would like to see it. When the pool maintenance man came, he saw it and was impressed. A bent wire coat hanger and window screen could easily make something like this, for this time of year. We were on the Cape to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary, and your cottage was a lovely treat. Thank you so much.

Relaxing family getaway

We have owned our Cape house since 2005. For a few years, one of our parents lived here and took great care of it. We vacation there every summer for a few weeks with our 3 kids and have created great memories there. We currently live in Chelmsford, MA and run an entertainment company as well as perform around new England with our own group.

This is home is our treasure! We love staying there and have kept it up so its very comfortable and relaxing to stay in. The backyard pool area is the place to be. We bar-b-que on the deck almost every night and swim late in to the night.
