Everything was great. Hot tub was not functioning. We are a bunch of older guys playing softball and we choose places with hot tubs as the main consideration. I understand things break. Communication was ok but not phenomenal. Was told it would be ready Friday night when we returned from playing softball. It was not. So I called and received a text saying they would call later. They did not. I called the next morning and communication was good and prompt from then on. Everything else was as advertised. The refund for the hot tub payment was timely. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would.

Amazing house, looked just like the pictures. I had no issues. Definitely will be booking again when I come back with family! Great area! Host left great directions very clear didn’t need anything. Appreciate the stay!

Men's golf trip

A couple days before our arrival, I got an inexpected message from the owner. Basically saying the house won't be super clean, but offered to clean it for 200 extra. Also reiterated the fact that everything costs extra (to heat the pool, to turn on the hot tub, to have propane in the grill, for any extra person past 8 people). The owner was also rude in telling me that Scottsdale is expensive and that his house was nice and that it's cheap compared to nearby options. The house itself was just ok. It was pretty much as advertised and it had plenty of space to fit a group of 10. However, when we arrived it wasn't the cleanest (dirty socks near the pool). Overall, we'd rate the house as a 3 star property and the interaction with the owner 1 star. Make sure to read the fine print before booking.

Room for friends

7 ladies and myself booked this VRBO, as a stay the night before a golf tournament. We specifically picked it because of the bed situation. Everyone was able to have their own bed and 5 of the 8 had their own room. That was very important. While our stay was less than 24 hrs, it was a good place to gather together. The back yard was inviting and the kitchen table seated all 8 of us. Although it was clean it does need some upgrades. The carpets are stained a little and the table has chipping on it. It was much older and smaller inside, than the pictures online look. All in all, it suited our needs, but not what I excpected from 1000 plus per night stay.

This property was beautiful and in a quiet location. There were plenty of rooms and beds! The backyard was the highlight!! Beautiful scenery and a lot of fun entertainment for my friends.

Family Holiday Celebration.

We are a large group who once a year get together to celebrate Thanksgiving & Christmas. We needed a place that would host 17 people to reside and an additional 13 ( adult/children) to visit throughout the five days we stayed. This place worked well for all outside activities. The beds in the rooms are very comfortable, however, the walls are very thin so if one snores you can hear! The kitchen has plenty of dishes, cups & glasses however, the cooking utensils are bleak as well as dish towels and pot holders. There were no outside rugs to and from the back door entrance from the pool area to the dining/kitchen so we purchased a few and it worked well. The area where the house is located is close to everything you need. Overall, I’d say this place works with a few major adjustments. The host Robin and Natasha are open to communication. Our family travels from the East Coast and from all over the West Coast and this location was great.

Great family home

Great location with all the amenities you could need for all ages. Plenty of serving plates and utensils, but may need to invest in some baking sheets/bowls. Other than that everything was fabulous! Would definitely recommend for multiple families. Groundskeeper/repairman was also great and quickly repaired the door handle that was loose.

I like where the house was that, but there was a lot of things I was wrong with it. I didn’t like that the refrigerator wasn’t really working. I didn’t really like how the Internet goes off at 10 o’clock. There wasn’t enough trash bags. Nor enough towels, and paper towels pods to wash clothes. and there wasn’t enough toilet paper. Nice AZ getaway for a group

Girls trip to AZ, we stayed here. All of the rooms except the master have 2 full beds in them, 11 full beds. House is pretty dated throughout but was clean with a few updates. Pool table has been re-felted. Not many putt putt supplies and the turf in that area gets really hot. The pool was nice and clean. We were surprised to get a message after booking with several additional cost items. It’s $100 to have the hot tub emptied and clean water filled. There’s a cost to heat the pool, we didn’t get this and the water was perfect (not heated) since it was summer in AZ. It would’ve been too warm for us if it was heated. Host was responsive. There are kitchen supplies to cook but no Tupperware or ziplocks to store opened food. If you hit the grocery store, get some if you plan on cooking. Overall was a pleasant stay. I’m a quiet neighborhood

It was super fun!

We had such an amazing time but there was minimal cooking utensils in the kitchen and several of the cutlery were dirty but the bedrooms were so luxurious and the outside was so boujee and wonderfully set up. The pool table is pretty destroyed but still had fun playing a round. The hot tub was used tons and was great for the evenings. Overall was a great stay!

Rented for a hockey tournament

The property was perfect for what we were looking for as far as amenities are concerned. The property is listed as 5 star and the pictures make it look like that but In reality it’s a 3.5 star property due to it needing some pretty significant attention. The pool was unusable when we arrived due to being extremely dirty fortunately we were able to get most of the stuff out of the water and someone came on the third day to service it. This was much the same for everything. Pool table is all ripped up, chairs worn out, hot tub doesn’t work properly and had visible dirt in it, etc. it’s a good property that needs to have some tlc as opposed to sucking as much money out of it as possible. We as a group rated the property as about a 3 or 3.5 but certainly no higher. The owner mentioned that they only have a small window to clean the place between stays and it really showed as everyone of our group of 10 guys said I’m glad my wife isn’t here as this would not be acceptable as far as cleaning goes. When a group rents for a full week they should start with a clean unit and this was not anywhere close to clean. We enjoyed our stay in Phoenix and at this property it’s just not as pristine as advertised.

This host OWE's me Stars! -6 Rating! Nasty, Dirty, and a Disappointment

What disgusting experience we had. We rented this home out as the pictures look beautiful. With a full weekend planned for my daughter and her 16th birthday. Dinner with a private chef Friday (we paid for early check in) Saturday a family pool party, and Sunday a chef for brunch. When we arrived Friday, of course the main attraction was the pool. It was filthy. Cardboard in the pool. I get it, its Manson season so no big deal, we scooped it out. But the water was slimy and murky. it had no chemicals in it. I advised the host immediately and they did send for someone to come to put chemicals in the pool, which they arrived around 12-1PM (half the day) was wasted because we could not swim. They said Friday was their cleaning day.... (why interrupt guest stays with a Friday cleaning day? ) The day goes on and we try to settle in. We went to the garage, which was advertised as a back house, and found animal feces!!! No big deal, right? WRONG, that is NASTY. Hair, Urine Stains, and footprints on the sheets of each of the 6 Rooms. The master was the only bed that was half way decent. I spent the entire weekend washing sheets and blankets, because the dryer doesn't even get hot, and there were no replacement sheets. There was an offer to come change them out and pick up poop, but by this time, the chef was on the way, and we were getting dressed for dinner. We did not want ANOTHER interruption on DAY 1. Robin takes no accountability, and always seems to blame it on the previous renter. If it wasn't last minute and I wouldn't have lost out on more money with the chef for Friday and Brunch Sunday as well as the potential of disappointing my daughter, I would have left day one. But I decided to make it work and do the work that should have been done before we got there. My mistake for not reading reviews and going off of pictures alone. I wish I could share MY pictures of the property. Oh yeah, there is roaches in the middle bathroom, but RAID to spray at your convivence. The garbage disposal doesn't work, but a plunger for you to unclog it! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Phoenix House Stay - Long Weekend

Overall, the house was a good time. Pros: Clean. Plenty of room. Back yard is awesome. Pool was perfect and having bags/cornhole was key. Providing some putters and golf balls would have made the putting green cool. The real beds are comfortable. Nice corner lot in a residential neighborhood. Didn't have an issue with noise. Nice wall closes in the whole property. Cons: Not walking distance to really any bars or restaurants. Advertised the house as "Scottsdale area home" - its about a 30-35 min drive to downtown Scottsdale. The house got double booked so we had people show up saying they booked it too. Had to deal with that, and then with getting the lock code changed. The grill was out of propane. Had to go buy more. And then turned out the grill was also broken/never got above 200 degrees. Cooking brats and burgers for 14 guys on a stove top was not cool. On a per night basis - our total cost ended up being well over 3x as much as the average night stay estimate shown. The added fees are hefty. I'd go back and use that place again. I had a blast and the backyard set up was perfect for us. But knowing the location is a big deal. If we didn't have 1 friend who lived in AZ and the ability to use his car - the Ubers/Lyfts would have been an even worse situation.

Perfect house for our needs.

The house was great, had a pool and putting perfect for getting everyone together. We spent every day at the golf course but the house was perfect for our large group in the afternoon.

Perfect spot for a golf trip

The house was great! Had a large group (21 guys) together for a golf trip and this house had all you could ask for. Communication with Robin was extremely easy and quick. Highly recommend!

We didn’t wanna leave

Honestly no complaints, just a recommendation to look into some kinda treatment for the plants/bushes to minimize bugs in the back. Enjoyed the home and the yard still. My 1st time using Vrbo

We own various vacation rentals in the Scottsdale areas and have specialized in providing a rewarding experience to hundreds of happy guests. We take pride in our recurring guests some of who we have been hosting for over a dozen years!

Our goal is to provide a splendid, relaxed accommodation experience to our guests while they enjoy the various tourism and living experiences that Scottsdale has to offer!

We have hosted a host of guests from famous football, hockey and baseball players to large biking tour groups. We even provide some customized options for guests who may have specific needs.

One of the nicest estates that is less than 2 miles Scottsdale's most coveted shopping and dining area called Desert Ridge, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Also 10 minutes to all Major Events. Much safer and more coveted area than old town 15-20 minutes away.
