In the charming hamlet of East Quogue, this brand new postmodern home awaits. Built in 2020, the 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house offers 2,600+/- sq. ft. of space and sits 600ft back from the street on a flag lot just shy of an acre.

Enter to a double height foyer with a large window flooding the interior with light. Pristine rooms feature wood flooring, walls of pale gray and white trim in a soothing neutral palette.

First floor living areas include a great room with fireplace, formal dining room and eat-in kitchen featuring quartz waterfall countertops, island with seating, stainless steel appliances and white cabinetry and Farm sink. Sliding glass doors open to a deck and patio with white porcelain pavers . Upstairs you will find all 4 Bedrooms and 2 full baths which are beautifully finished and furnished and include the master suite with double marble-top vanity and frameless glass-enclosed shower.

Amenities include gym (with weights & Peloton), professional grade play set, manicured lawns and brand new heated gunite pool with sun deck and separate 8 person hydrotherapy spa. Outdoor shower and change room, sonance 6.1 outdoor sound system

Conveniently located a couple of minutes walk to the EQ Jitney stop and a short drive to the restaurants and shops of both Westhampton Beach Village and Southampton Village, with ocean beaches in easy reach. A 90-minute drive to NYC.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful secluded home

We absolutely enjoyed our time in this tucked-away, beautifully decorated home in East Quogue. It is well set-up for relaxing and entertaining, a short drive to the beach or the Village of Quogue and steps to the town of East Quogue. Our host, Garrick, was a pleasure to interact with and we hope to be back in future summers.

Amazing stay in East Quogue

Had an incredible time in this beautiful home. House was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The pool and backyard were huge. The kids had so much fun on the swing set and on the pool floats. The pool was heated and my family swam all day long! Location in EQ was great - easy to get to restaurants and beaches. We loved staying at this property and we will be back!!!

Wedding Trip

We were in NY or a family wedding. Original plan was for additional family members to also stay but they had to cancel. Very nice house with all the essentials. Restaurants, grocery store, and great bagel/ sandwich store nearby. The weather was mixed, some heavy rain etc so beach and pool time were limited. Definitely recommend this property for a family vacay!

A Beautiful Home in East Quogue

Garrick was extremely helpful replying to every enquiry immediately from the initial booking request to the final checkout. The house and gardens are beautiful. Wonderful kitchen, bbq and pool area are all five stars! Beds so very very comfortable. We had wonderful weather in early September so no need to heat the pool but the hot tub was heaven at the end of the day. Loved East Quogue and the shopping areas and beaches around Westhampton and Southhampton. A truly memorable week with 3 generations of our family. We would definitely rebook.

Summer 2023

From the time my girlfriend and I checked in, we fell in love with the house. Everything was absolutely beautiful and Garrick was an incredible host, making himself available for any concerns, which there were not. We were sad to leave but extremely grateful for our stay! I would highly recommend this property to anyone as it is centrally located not just to the town of EQ but short drives to Westhampton or Southampton and further east.

Summer Getaway

Absolutely stunning property. Just as depicted in pictures with a really pleasant outdoor space. The pool and spa were great and heated quickly when needed. The kids had a blast on the trampoline and spending time at the play structure. We also used the gym which had A good mix of weights plus the peloton. The house was really well equipped, with everything we needed for the pool and the beach. The kitchen was also fully equipped and we enjoyed a couple of nights grilling and eating outdoors. The house location was also great, an easy walk to a nearby park for the kids, near the Main Street for coffee and bagels, and close to grocery stores/restaurants/beach etc. Garrick was really helpful and responsive which we appreciated. Will definitely look to stay there again!

Perfect experience!

My husband and I live in NYC with our 7 month old daughter. We rented this house for 10 days and it was absolutely perfect! First, the owners are super communicative, friendly and helpful. Second, the house was incredibly clean and so well done inside we felt right at 'home'. The furniture is great and comfortable and the kitchens and bathrooms are beautiful. The family room is perfect for hanging out with the family and watching tv. The backyard is actually as amazing as the photos look. The pool and hot tub were cleaned, the grill was great, the yard was perfectly maintained. I usually am ready to go home after a week away but we really never wanted to leave. This is also a two minute walk to Goldberg's and a few other restaurants and delis in town which was so convenient. We felt safe and right at home. It was perfect. We can't wait to come back!!

Exceptional house

We loved being here. The house is perfect and the backyard is an absolute 10!! The home owners answered every question and were ready willing and able to help with any questions we had while there. It’s proximity to west Hampton Southampton Hampton bays was perfect. We would definitely return.
