Welcome to your perfect getaway! This centrally located home has all you could possibly want on your next vacation. A heated pool and hot tub, game room, BBQ area, office space, wet bar and kitchen with all the essential cookware. Home is completely fenced, great for pets and privacy. A walk to Cape Harbour's restaurants and shops and a short drive to the Yacht Club, Tarpon Marina and Fort Myers!

This spacious home has an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining.
It offers 3 bedrooms, plus an office equipped with a queen sofa bed along with 2 bathrooms.

- The Office: Offers a queen sofa bed and work desk and chair.
- The Garage/ Game Room: Offers an air hockey and ping pong table. Seating and bar as well as a 64" TV.
- The Living Room: Offers a large sectional sofa and a wet bar area with a wine cooler
- The Dining Room: Table offers seating for 8 people
- The Kitchen: Offers all essential cookware, coffee maker and bar seating for three.
All bedrooms have new Four Seasons mattresses, high-quality linen and are equipped with an Alexa speaker.

4th of July family time

I rented the home for my family and grandchild to spend the Fourth of July weekend together be enjoy the pool and beach. The house was spectacular m. I loved the layout and the pool. We drive to the beach in Ft Myers one day and just had a great time. Clean house, very well equipped, amazing heated pool with a beach area for my grandchild. Totally recommend!

Everything was great!!! The house was nicer than expected They location was great!! We couldn’t figure out how to use the hot tub our host Victor was there within an hour to show us he was very nice and friendly. Definitely.would stay again and highly recommend to everyone .

Relaxing Cape Coral Home.

Victor was in the neighborhood and met us at check-in. The house was simply beautiful! The pool and spa were so relaxing, and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the stay and plan to return!

This house has everything you need and want for the perfect Florida vacation. The backyard is perfectly setup for all day fun, the house is clean and conveniently located, and the extra garage game room is the icing on the cake. We had the most wonderful little weekend getaway staying here! Everything was within a 5 mile radius. We had such a great time shutting ourselves inside and just hanging out. The couch is so comfortable. THE AIR HOCKEY TABLE... my favorite feature. You cannot go wrong with a stay here. I cant wait to come back!

Perfect for family of 6

My family of 6 came for spring break. The house is more beautiful than the pictures, it is very clean, the furniture is so comfortable, and everything smells great. The host was very kind and responsive. It is within walking distance to fast food, Publix, and Circle K. It is a convenient location for beaches as well. There was plenty of sleeping and sitting room inside and outside of the house. The game room was really fun.

The home is fantastic!

We travelled as a family of 7 for almost 2 weeks and the home exceeded our expectations in every way. The home is beautifully decorated and has several areas to relax. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and spa was a favourite that we used almost every day. The games room was a nice option for our teenage children to enjoy ping pong, air hockey, games or watch TV. The location was perfect, located in a nice neighbourhood with just a short walk / drive to shopping. I would highly recommend this vacation home. Lastly, the host was attentive to all our needs to ensure we had a great vacation! Thank you!

Our backyard is second to none! Offering a salt water heated pool and spa. The spa easily fits 10 people and the pool has a spacious sun shell area that is perfect for kids. The proximity to Cape Harbour Marina, the restaurants, bars and shops is really a great benefit to this property. You can walk or bike ride to these restaurants and even grocery stores just down the street!
