Fill your vacation days with sunshine and ocean breezes, and enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer from this amazing, family-friendly retreat! There are four units total in the property each unit with 2 bedrooms 2 baths with all the essential amenities and comforts of home. This condo is ready-made for your next S. Padre getaway! This listing is for booking all 4 units, the entire building.
Private small lapswiming pool, BBQ grill is not provided, you are welcome and encouraged to bring your own.
Check-in is 4 PM -11 PM and Check-out is promptly at 11 AM this window time frame gives the Clean Team time to prepare the space for you and the guests coming after you.
We reserve the right to retain the security deposit in total or partially in case of non-observance of the house rules or damages.

Unit number 1 on the bottom floor, and units 3 and 4 on the second floor have a kingbed in the master bedroom and 1 queenbed on the hallway bedroom.
units 2 on the first floor 1 kingbed in the master bedroom, and 2 sets of bunk beds (4 single beds,/twin, suitable for kids/young teens). in the hallway bedroom.

Perfect location

Being located right next to CVS and just a short walk from food trucks, shops, and bars allowed for the best experience possible. The beach is also very close to the property (about 2 minute walk).

Run.

Doors open upon arrival. Dirty units. Dirty pool. No consistency between units. One fan broke, took most of the trip to fix. One fridge never worked. My guests had to depend on other units for food, cold beverages, and ice. Had an issue with a lock not working, given code to access actual keys, that was outside and not locked. HUGE safety issue. Manager started with great communication. When I mentioned fridge broke heard nothing for 24 hours until I contacted VRBO. Soiled diaper from previous renters was left in a garbage bag. Fan in bathroom was moldy. One unit had a painting conveniently placed over a giant mold spot. Not enough towels were provided for our confirmed group. No cleaning supplies. 2 of the 4 units found brooms hidden. Bunk bed ladder almost fell as a guest climbed into bed. If you stand out front too long alarms start sounding. Some units had dish towels, some didn't. Stay away. Don't rent here.

Worst Stay ever

bad maintenance and dirty, beds and bedsheets are really bad. Bathroom doors wont lock and same with Bedroom locks too. Also, fans in living area doesnt work and exhaust fans in bathroom doesnt work.

Wonderful Stay

Renting the entire 4-unit property allowed our family to get together during the day yet enjoy privacy at night. We felt very safe, and loved that we were such a short walk from the beach and great restaurants. Griselda was a pleasure to work with as she was very prompt in her communication whenever we needed her! We'd love to stay here again for future SPI trips.

This was a great property for all our family to share when we got together for a wedding. Spacious. Great location. Allows for togetherness and privacy at the same time.

Not a good trip

My family rented this property on July 8/12/2021 from ages of 3yrs to adults and seniors. It was nice until the rain started and water in unit 2 lower level flooded thru the sliding door in master bedroom and in unit 1 window in second bedroom flooded as well. The master slider door do not lock and is unsafe for security reason. In the upstars unit 4 with bunk beds where my daughter and 3 year old were sleeping was bitten numerous times with bed buggs and not mosquitoes and i have the pictures with the bed bugs on the covers and bites on my grand baby and daughter body. I tried calling the Texas Health Department to report this and was only able to leave my contact information upon departure. We were not able to use the pool for two days because the pipes were blowing apart and was finally repaired after multi trips from the repairman. Not a rental for me and my family

Great Place and excellent location!

This is definitely a great place to stay for big groups. Everyone has their privacy and are still together at the same time. Very clean and easy communication and easy check in process. Would recommend 100%!
