🐬 This home has a private boardwalk for direct beach access and a private pool with barbecue grill and plenty of beach chairs and toys!

This unique and beautiful beach home also features six bedrooms, five with dedicated bathrooms, and newly refinished for 2025!

The ground floor has an open concept living area, dining area, and kitchen. Ample seating is provided at our large dining table along with additional seating at the expansive kitchen bar. The living room features a large HDTV and leads out to the private patio with heated/cooled pool. A convenient half-bath is just off the kitchen area. Also on this level is one of our two master suites, with a king bed and private bathroom with huge shower stall and walk-in closet.

Our game room includes shuffleboard, darts, game table, sofa and large screen TV, Mini bar with ice-maker, microwave, a second full size refrigerator/freezer, and second laundry facility.

The second floor offers a cozy study with workstation amenities, a covered deck overlooking the Gulf, and three bedrooms. Our primary master suite is located here with a king bed, private balcony, coffee bar and mini-fridge. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two queen beds in one room, and two sets of twin XL bunk beds in the other (4 beds). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The primary laundry facilities are conveniently located on this floor as well.

The top floor offers an additional living room, outdoor living space, and kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. There is a full bathroom off the hallway. The first of two bedrooms has two queen beds and a private bathroom with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin XL beds - While this room can fit adults, it is very small, but perfect for the kids.
First and third floor living rooms include queen pull out sofa beds. Each living room and bedroom on the upper levels is equipped with a flat-screen TV.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with brand new cookware, flatware, small appliances, dishware, cooking utensils, high chair, and both Keurig and traditional coffee makers.

⛱️ For your beach enjoyment we have two large wheeled coolers, thirteen folding beach chairs, two beach wagons, and a bunch of beach toys!

Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. A small welcome package is provided which includes 2 rolls of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
