Disfrute de la playa en la hermosa Isla del Padre Sur desde este condominio del séptimo piso. Relájese en el amplio balcón privado mientras escucha las olas y disfruta de una vista fantástica de la playa y el Golfo de México. O salga del edificio directamente a la playa para pasar una tarde de diversión bajo el sol.

Piscina y jacuzzi con exposición sur al sol durante todo el día. Spa de hidromasaje en el lado norte con vista a la playa. Lavandería con monedas en cada piso. Aparcamiento cubierto. A poca distancia del Wana Wana Beach Bar, el restaurante Ted's, el restaurante Parrot Eyes Restaurant & Water Sports, The S. The location of the condo, the view , and the parking were all wonderful. The weather was windy and chilly for a few days. The unit was as advertised and the directions and suggestions in the unit were very helpful.

This condo is Clean and cozy. It has a Big balcony with seating options. The inside furniture is no frills. Probably purchased in the 80’s. Sofa cushions are flat, your bottom sits on the bed underneath. Don’t expect an updated bath. But the corner kitchen has newer cabinets and the appliances all work. Pyrex dishes are plenty and there are extras under the dining cabinet. The queen bed is fine. Extra pillows and blankets. Two large sliding doors to the balcony. Den TV was good, we did not use the bedroom TV. Tile floors throughout. One roll of paper towels for eight night stay. Be sure to look for the condo binder. Lots of info in it. It’s good for two people and clean! One bath.

The balcony was our favorite spot in the condo as it overlooked the beautiful S Padre Island beach. It was private & the loungers were much appreciated. Nice kitchen with refrigerator to keep our beverages cold, ice packs frozen & leftovers along fruit & other goodies cold. We liked using glass glasses & wine glasses to drink from. The beach view was amazing & I made sure to wake up to view the sunrise each morning. Enjoyed having a sofa to sit on along with bedroom & bathroom that were exactly as pictured. We were able to park underground & use carts to transport our luggage ect to & from the condo. There was also a faucet outside of the condo to rinse off our feet & flip flops. Check in & check out was a breeze. Mr. Bob responded to all questions we had along with providing details in checking out & recommendations of places to eat. We ordered food each day from nearby restaurants that we could walk to. I miss the condo & beach & hope to return soon.

The view from the balcony was simply beautiful! Overall the condo was very comfortable. The stove and microwave seemed to be new. The hot water gets very hot and the shower has good water pressure. A recommendation I have is to bring a slip resistant mat to place in the shower. It feels kind of scary in the tub. I was able to take the best nap on the balcony!!!Bob was really easy to work with. I accidentally forgot my phone in the condo and was locked out. I was able to go to the office and they called him at home. I felt bad. The only issue we had was the elevator malfunctioned while my kids were inside. If I ever went back to SPI I would definitely consider staying there again.

Beautiful condo and great location! Our only (small) complaint is that the pool was closed for the whole week, and we would've liked to use it occasionally. Other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves! The beach view was the best!

Great beach front property with Large patio

Very clean, and the best access to the beach you can get. Everything is very simplified so its basically ypu are right at home from the moment you arrive, till tje day you check out. We will definately return to this unit on our trips down to s. Padre.

Bob's Condo at Inverness

Wonderful and enjoyable stay! I was in constant touch with the owner since I made the booking and received prompt and concise information from him. Bob, the owner, had briefed me completely on everything I needed to know. The place was immaculately clean and well organized. The view was amazing and the entire time spent there was quiet and peaceful. We've stayed at this same complex several times, but this stay was by far the best! Thank you Bob!

Great location!

The location of the condo is excellent. The views from the balcony were wonderful and walking out the front door gave great sunset view as well. Lots of things to do and eat all within walking distance. Transportation around the island available from right across the street. The condo has everything you need for a nice stay. The furnishings were dated and not super comfortable is the only semi-negative comment I would make. The couch and loungers on the balcony were hard to sit on. The bed was not that comfy either. We only stayed two nights and were out and about most of the time, so it was not big deal for us.

The condo was comfortable, well-furnished and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, and the microwave was great. We enjoyed the comfortable balcony furniture and the fantastic view of the water, waves and the beach.

I discovered South Padre in 1992 and have been returning ever since. I have been to most of the beach resorts on the east coast, Florida and a few on the west coast. There is no place among them to match South Padre!

I love an early morning walk on the beach, lunch on the balcony overlooking the gulf and an evening drink while watching the sun set at a bay side restaurant. Is there a better way to relax?
