We had a great time staying at the rustic reserve. The unit had everything we needed and was very spacious. It was within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. I would stay here again in the future.

Location was perfect for a weekend of March Madness. We could easily walk, uber or drive to Benchmark Arena. Area is quiet and safe with many great restaurants and amenities within a short walking distance. The unit is well stocked and plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable whatever the time of day. Pleased with the value for money.

Very nice place, roomy, quiet and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Great host and wonderful stay.

Wonderful Place Near Center of Hyde Park!

My two adult siblings and I stayed for 4 nights - we loved this place. It is very close to all of the "hot" spots in Hyde Park as well as the shopping. Nicely decorated, great kitchen, and very comfortable living area. The beds were very comfortable as well. AC was wonderful and the covered parking was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay in Tampa

I’ve stayed in a few other properties in Tampa & this was my favorite. Great location (walked to Hyde Park daily & walked home from bars on Howard one night) & perfect set up for 4 adults, having a full bath in each bedroom plus half bath in living area. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, great location close to everything. Nice apartment layout, convenient amenities and felt safe with fun activities around the area. Owner was responsive and accommodating, responsive to inquiries and a pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

Family trip

Great location close to restaurants. Property was clean and had a convenient parking spot Host was available for communication but we didn't end up needing anything during our stay. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and extra towels/sheets etc.

Hyde Park Happening!

The location was great. We were only a few minutes away from the trendy and attractive Hyde Park shops and restautants, and Westshore's luxurious neighborhood. The unit had plenty of room, and we slept great every night. Highly recommended. Two thumbs-up! Nice work Brannen!

Fantastic Location

Our family was in Tampa to see the Lightning and Bucs and we couldn't have picked a better location. We were close easy walking distance) to great restos and bars/pubs. We walked to Amalie arena, though that was about 45 mins but a great way to build a bit of an appetite! Too much in the area to see and do in just three days, but we were glad to have this as our home for the short time we were there. Brannen was SUPER quick to respond to all inquiries and was a fantastic help. Highly recommend this spot!!

Great location and well appointed

I think this place is great for couples traveling together because the bedrooms each have an en-suite and there is a half bath also. Lots of towels and linens. Good knives and coffee maker. Appliances are all new.

Nice little getaway

Great location in a nice neighborhood of Tampa called Hyde Park. A two minute walk to Winn Dixie (grocery store). 11 minute walk to a nice shopping/eating area. Neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet. The bedrooms don't have bureaus for clothes but there are shelves in the closets.

An honest review

Just wrapped up a 4 day stay with our 1 year old and this is how it went. Pros About a 10 min walk to Hyde Park Walk to grocery store Close to Bay Shore Blvd Cons Place wasn’t the cleanest-Examples. Floors would have you feet black from walking. Couch pillow has what looked like Cheeto cheese on it. Pillow in master with make up on the pillow case. The showers and faucets are pretty built up with grime. This place has spiders cockroaches and aunts, the aunts were found in the kitchen all over the provided sugar and couch. I would say out of all my rental experiences this one had the least amount off amenities. Most all cabinets in the kitchen are empty. The flooring is cheap and the transition strip by the back slider looks like it’s spent some time under water. Chairs and table out back were cracked, The beds to us were dreadful every night along with the pillows. After seeing all the 5 star reviews I was pretty shocked with what I encountered. It gives off a bare minimum vibe.

I have over 300 5 Star Reviews between VRBO and other platforms. I spend a lot of time on the details of each place and cleanliness. I'm going to chalk this one up to the 1-year-old and that Chris was not in the best mood when he wrote this review :)

This property has had a tremendous amount of TLC poured into it. Stocked with a huge amount of amenities. The location was fabulous for a wedding at Hyde House. Owner truly cares and was super fast with responses. Thank you Brannen!!!

Our Tampa trip

The unit was very clean. The complex was very quiet. The surrounding neighborhood has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time! We would recommend this VRBO to others.

Amazing place to stay!!!

Clean and in a great location close to downtown Tampa and attractions. Bars and restaurants in walking distance. Place exactly like photos.. open floor plan with kitchen, eating area and living room. Was perfect for our group. Host Brannen very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.
