House includes a beautiful backyard oasis with a newly updated, screened-in pool, outdoor dining and living area along with a lush garden. The home has 3 bedrooms & 2 newly renovated bathrooms. Private circle driveway allows for plenty of off-street parking availability.

The house is conveniently located—a quick drive to shops, restaurants, downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon beach. Only 9 miles from Clearwater beach.

Great week-long stay at a comfortable home

We stayed at this comfortable home for a week. We were able to have an early check-in and late check-out and Monika always responded to our messages promptly. The place was definitely a home away from home for us. Great neighborhood, close to everything in Dunedin.

Beautiful Home

This was a beautiful, spacious home in a lovely neighborhood close to downtown Dunedin. The pool was area was very nice with a patio with grill, large dining table and seating area. The primary bathroom was gorgeous with two separate sinks, large tub, and large shower, and nice walk-in closet. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen was well-appointed. We would definitely recommend this property.

Clean home with a tropical, serene backyard

We spent most evenings relaxing around the beautiful pool area. The backyard has plenty of tropical plants and the only sounds you will hear are the sounds of nature. The home is located in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood and short driving distance to downtown Dunedin, Walmart food market and plenty of restaurants. We spent every day at Honeymoon Island, which is just a short 10min. drive from the home. We were happy with our stay!

Amazing host. Clear communication. We had no issues. Everything was clearly laid out. Comfortable surrounding. Safe and secure. 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Neighbors are very nice. Everything is near house. Beaches close by. Highly recommend this home for your trip.

Quiet, lovely pool home

We were very happy about the calm quiet in a neighborhood where we felt safe. The home was spacious and lovely.. We especially enjoyed the two separate sink areas in the master bathroom.and spent many hours relaxing in the screened porch.. There were a few downsides. We could not find a blanket in the entire house and there were no throws on the sofa. Instead we used beach towels to curl up with on the sofas and to cover our bed on cool nights. There was also a problem getting kitchen lights on to fully light the kitchen. Despite these inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay..

Peaceful place

The house and pool are just like the pictures show. Very peaceful and private. We loved the pool the best. But the natural area in the back and the landscape was awesome.We loved watching all the different birds and listening to the frogs at night. We haven't been back to Dunedin for 14 years and our favorite beach is still Honeymoon Island! But we've never seen it so crowded. Go early on a weekday and it is not as packed .It is $8.00 per car and worth it.We tried 3 pizza places ( Tony,s Madisons and 1 in Tampa and we all agree that Madisons is the best. We watched a beautiful sunset on the peir at Josiah Cephus Weaver park on Bayshore blvd. The dolphin tour in Tarpon Springs was great. But we all think going back to Monika,s after a full day in the sun was so relaxing! Monika is the best host with Vrbo we have ever encountered. She responds quickly when you have a question and is so nice. We are coming back later this year and will be staying at Monika's!

Vacation bliss

This place is amazing! It was me, my partner and 3 of our best friends, all 47-50. Exactly what we expected from the photos and description on the listing, it lived up to our expectations and we had a great time! The entire neighborhood is just gorgeous, with grocery stores and great places to dine out near by. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, plenty of storage space for all of our luggage/beach gear and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. I think everyone's favorite part was the pool and back patio area where we probably spent most of our time. It's just a short drive to several different beaches, which are all fantastic, and lots of awesome dining options. We loved Frenchy's so much we had it 3 times in one week! So much more to explore though. We don't always vacation in the same area, but at the end of the week we were all in agreement, the next time we are looking to stay in this area we would definitely stay in this amazing vacation house again! Thank you Monika! We had a blast!

Great stay with roomy house and great pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was ample space to work, as well as have nice dinners with friends. The pool is great, big enough for me to do laps and great for just floating around. The kitchen was well-provisioned. The property manager was very accessible and quick to respond to any communication. I would highly recommend this house.

Terrific house in a great location in Dunedin

The property was just as the owner had expressed in discussions and in the photos. She was very responsive to my handful of questions and made several terrific suggestions for meals. The house is at the back of a subdivision so there are no neighbors on the back of the property. There is also privacy from the neighbors on both sides. It's a short drive from the house to downtown Dunedin with a lot of great food options and breweries. It's a short drive to Honeymoon Island or down to Clearwater Beach as well. We would recommend this property and can hopefully stay there again in the future.

Great home and location

House was great and clean. House was as listed. Location was great as it's 15 minutes from the airport and not far from the stores including a Publix food market. Short drive to downtown Dunedin and clearwater beach. St Peter downtown is a great place to have dinner. The owners keep a nice house and use it themselves and it shows. Enjoy.

Clean house in a nice quiet neighborhood

This is a lovely three bedroom, two bathroom house on a quiet street yet it is close to the main thoroughfare. Publix is close by for grocery shopping. The house was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels, dishes, silverware, glasses and mugs. There is also a good array of spices for cooking. The pool is beautiful and well kept. There is pool maintenance once a week. The area around the pool is also well kept and very comfortable. There is an outdoor seating area, table for dining and outdoor grill. Monika, the owner, was very responsive. The pictures accurately depict the house and the backyard. Just a few minor disappointments. The spa was not working because the pump was on backorder and we did not find out until we got there. The television in the master bedroom was not working; apparently due to the previous renter. Monika told us there was an antenna but the reception was very limited. All in all a great house and would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Perfect for a Getaway

This property was AMAZING! It has everything you need and is super close to everything! The location is perfect! The pool was perfect and right outside the back door! Aside from the property itself the host, Monika, is AMAZING! She is super responsive, 100% transparent and made us feel like 5 star guests!! You won’t regret renting this property!

Beautiful and comfortable home away from home

Very clean, comfortable, beautifully laid out, tastefully decorated home with extremely responsive host. The back yard is an absolute oasis- private, gorgeous landscaping, irresistible pool, welcoming lanai. We loved every moment of our stay.
