The place was perfect for my family! Grilled dinner and enjoyed the patio and pool every night. Everyday we went someplace different, Clearwater beach, Honeymoon Island, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin. This place is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to 19. Great Owners and very comfortable stay. Looking forward to coming back!

This property is in great shape. It is clear the owners spent alot of time and money to rehab a house and make it very modern and a great place to vacation at. The pictures provided are accurate and we felt like we knew exactly what we were walking into. Very modern and lots of amenities and features. We spent a ton of time on the back patio and pool area. All of the updates done were great. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at this property. Here was what we loved:-Patio and Pool were a great place to hang out with TV and sound bar was an awesome feature-Beds were very comfortable-Modern amenities throughout-Amazing shower in the master bathroom-New appliances throughout-Plenty of paper products, garbage backs, soap, towels etc. -Coolers, tents, umbrella and chairs provided for beach. -Nice house and area guide on the table when we arrived. -Check-out / cleaning procedure were minimal which was rare and very nice. Thank you for opening your house to allow us to have a great vacation!!

Great house and excellent communication

The house overall was great. Had some cool features and a wonderful outside area. The host was excellent at replying and helping out with any questions. There were a few things broken or missing from the kitchen, but otherwise it was well equipped. We had a lovely time.

Comfortable stay with convenient location

The home was very clean and modern, with many amenities not typically found in a rental. Hosts were responsive and attentive. Conveniently located near Safety Harbor and US 19, without the noise. The patio and pool area is well situated to be enjoyed even in the Florida heat. Kitchen is decently stocked.

Great getaway!

Great place to stay, very convenient location for us to get around and see the baseball games we came in to see, close to Clearwater Beach. The pool and outdoor BBQ area was amazing, we spent most of our time lounging in the shade. Erdal was so easy to communicate with and did everything to be sure we were set up and comfortable. We will be back for sure!

Amazing House!

The house was clean and has a very modern design. I loved all the cool features like a TV outside by the pool and the TV in the mirror in the main bathroom. Host was very attentive and a quick responder. Would definitely recommend. The property is very close to restaurants and grocery stores.

They showed great consideration for the area, were simple and super polite to get in touch with, and left no mess behind - In other words they made hosting easy!
