The space
This is a truly unique & luxury place. Gas heated Pool/Spa all year round (heating fee is extra charge). 1 bed and full bath downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, total 3 king size beds, 3 queen size beds in the house. Bright and high ceiling living room, Irish pub style game room/man cave with cable TV.

- Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, pots and pans, dishes, glasses. Appliances include dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave.
- Keurig K-duo coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker. Coffee, tea, cream and sugar are provided.
- Living room with 65" Roku 4K TV, DirectTV Xtra 235 + channels, sports channels include NFL, NHL, NBA, Golf, etc.), Amazon Prime video, HBO NOW, NBC, NBC Sports, ESPN, ABC, Foxnow, FXnow, TNT, HGTV, CW,PBS kids, BET, Bravo, CNBC, HISTORY, Nickjr, USA, VH1, Lifetime, Nat go, Poker go, Sky news, CBS news, abc news, YouTube, Pandora (play music).

- Master bathroom has separate dual shower heads walk-in shower, garden tub, double sink and huge walk-in closet. 100% cotton bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided, also vanity kits and dental kits for your convenience.
- Bedroom 2 has king size beds with desk /walk-in closet/Roku TV.
- Bedroom 3 has king size bed with Roku TV/desk/closet.
- Bedroom 4 has 2 queen size beds with closet/desk
- Bedroom 5 has 1 queen size bed with closet/desk on the ground floor with full bath
- Bathroom 2 has two walk-in showers, double sink, vanity kits and dental kits are provided.
- Bathroom 3 has walk in shower on the ground floor.
- Backyard has large, covered patio with large Heated pool/spa, seating areas with couch, dining set, lounge chairs and BBQ grill, gas fire pit.
- Toddler bed, pack-n-play baby crib with bedding and a highchair are available.
- 3 car garage has remote control access
- Combination of pool and Spa heating is $100 per day with 3 day minimum.
Spa Only heating $50 per day.
Guest access
You will have the whole house access including 3 car garage with remote opener and back yard with pool/spa to enjoy.
Our oversized huge pool and Jacuzzi has also just been completely renovated with new beautiful pebble tec plaster.
Pool And Spa heating are fee optional.
Combination of pool and Spa heating is $100 per day with 3 day minimum.
Spa Only heating $50 per day.
Heating of the pool must be inquired and agreed upon at time of booking or at least a minimum of 4 days prior to arrival.
Our pool/spa are professionally cleaned twice a week on every Tuesday and Friday morning
Check in time: 4 pm
Check out time: 12 pm
Early check-in and Late check-out are not available due to Covid-19 concerns. The cleaners will need enough time to properly clean and sanitize the place. Parking is limited at 5 car max, 2 cars park in the garage and 3 cars park on the driveway
No visitors are permitted
The pool/spa and all the amenities of the property are for registered guests only, no visitors are permitted to use any of the amenities.
All bedding sheets, towels, decoration items are subject to change.
Other things to note
Quiet hours 9pm to 9am
Keep noise level down at 60db during quiet hours
Pool maintenance is on every Monday and Thursday
Swimming pool use rules:
No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Children are allowed to swim or play in the pool only when adults are present. Please maintain constant supervision over children.
No animals in the pool
For registered guests use only
Use provided pool towels for outdoor use only
Walk slowly in the pool area. No roughhousing, dunking, pushing or wrestling.
Keep the area clear of clutter, debris and toys. Toys can often attract young children to the pool.
No swimming in rainy weather or in thunderstorms
No eating, drinking or chewing gum while in the pool
No glass in the backyard area. Use provided plastic glasses, cups only.
Keep the doors to the backyard closed and locked at all times.
The deepest part of this pool is 5 and 1/2 feet. Do not dive, jump, run around the pool area
Surveillance disclosure: 1 doorbell camera outside of the house by the main entrance, 1 ring camera outside of the garage facing the street, 1 ring camera in the backyard up high on the house.
