*The Beachside II pool renovation project will occur now through SEPTEMBER 2025. During this time, the pool and pool deck will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Phil Hummel Pool and NEW Audubon Pool on the north side of the resort. A 15% discount is automatically applied to the advertised rental rate for the pool closure inconvenience.

THIS BEACHFRONT STUDIO IS TRULY A GEM! The end unit, 6th floor location is the perfect place to enjoy views of our white sand beaches, emerald-green waters and spectacular sunsets. Our unit offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with a drip coffee maker and a k-cup coffee maker. In addition to seating at our charming window seat, the dining table offers seating for four. Outdoor bbq grills are located near the pool area. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed plus a queen sleeper sofa. The bathroom is updated with walk in shower. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the unit, and wifi is complimentary. Guests can also enjoy complimentary tram service or cruise the resort in their very own 6-seater golf cart.

The Beachside II pool is seasonally heated, and there is direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk. Guests can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the beach hut, bring them from home or are welcome to use the umbrella and two beach chairs provided in our unit. Tram service to The Village of Baytowne is included.

The Resort offers something for everybody. For the golfer, there are 4 championship golf courses. For the fitness buff there are 11 miles of paved pathways for bicycling or jogging, 14 tennis courts, basketball courts and an on-site fitness center. The 98 slip marina will satisfy the water sports enthusiast with kayak and jet ski rentals. Climb aboard the Solaris dinner cruise boat for an extraordinary evening of live entertainment and fine dining set against the backdrop of a picturesque sunset and shimmering waters. Shoppers will delight in a variety of specialty boutiques at The Village of Baytowne, Grand Boulevard or the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. For those in need of a little rejuvenation a full service spa is available. Jolee Island offers nature paths, rock climbing, water slides, pirate ships, and tree houses. At the end of the day, The Village of Baytowne offers casual dining, fine dining and live entertainment whether relaxing at the pier or dancing the night away in a nightclub.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
