About The Location

If you want to be in the middle of all Hilton Head has to offer look no further. This villa is in the lovely South Forest Beach area on the south end of Hilton Head. Great location and amenities on property! Kitchen had a lot of useful cooking essentials and the space worked great for 3 adults! We did feel that the place could use a thorough deep clean, however.

Access to the beach is the highlight of this property. So convenient to walk out to the beach whenever you want to. Very nice pool area as well. Great for kids with the walk in feature. Beach/pool toys and towels are not provided by owner however there are some items that have been left by previous renters. Also, if you drink coffee, bring some coffee filters as those are not provide either! Would stay again.

Living space was tight. No table for board games, dining. Kitchen was poorly equipped - if you wanted to cook/dine-in/BBQ, there were insufficient materials, plus zero grilling tools. Parking was a challenge, as HGVC guests frequently occupied the Carolina Beach Club spaces. Strongly suggest providing 4-5 beach chairs, as there were only two. The beds were equipped with a sheet and a blanket - there were no other blankets available. Location was solid, close to the beach, shops.

Pros:Arrived late but check in was easy. Easy access to beach and very nice pool. Comfortable. Cons: main shower needs some grout cleaning for mildew. Some towels are a bit weary. Overall excellent stay with great communication and clean condo. Thanks!

We had a great time staying here. Communication with the owner for checkin was great. When we had questions the property managers were very responsive and helpful. The home was clean and is very close to everything. Not related to property or owner: The Ocean Grill (part of HHGC property) is having a problem with their cc machine. The owner did warn us about it. Upon talking to a bartender, we learned it has been out for atleast the month he has been working there. They don’t accept cash and don’t seem to be in any rush to fix the cc machine since they can bill their guests to their rooms for a fee. Unfortunately they can’t do that for condo guests. You are able to take coolers to the beach and pool (no glass poolside) and we left a cooler with a handy carrying handle on top of the fridge for future guest use. We would stay here again.

Fun time in HHI

Overall property was great. Walking or biking distance to everything. Pool was great for our 3 year old. Having the restaurant is convenient, bring cash their credit card machine did go down for us. Beach access is right there and an easy quick walk, there are a couple of beach chairs and some sand toys in the unit which were great to have. Laundry is right down the hall, but you need quarters- wish I knew this before we arrived. Property could have been a little better stocked but overall clean and was plenty big for our family of 3.

One of the main reasons we booked this location was the dining/bar area next to the pool. During the duration of our trip we were not allowed to make purchases there. They would not take card or cash. Whenever and whoever we spoke to about this issue on property or otherwise we were dismissed. If you plan on staying at this location, plan on being able to see a place that offers food and beverages but not being able to use the area, which will make for very disappointed children.

Great stay

Overall our stay here was amazing! The proximity to the beach is hard to beat and the fact we didn’t have to cross the main road was such a huge plus! Having the pool right there to enjoy was great as well. We will definitely book again.

Paradise in Hilton Head

This was my family’s first time to Hilton Head! Everything about our stay was top notch! The close proximity to the beach, pool, shopping and all other amenities can’t be beat. The only thing missing was extra toilet paper. We did go out and purchase some. Regardless we will be back!! Thank you!!

Nice Place

We had a great stay and enjoyed our accommodations very much! It was modern, clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the pool and beach and we enjoyed the food and drinks from the pool-side bar.

Nice location, room for improvement on cleaning

The Hilton amenities and beach access makes this rental worth it. The cleaning done prior to our stay was not great at all. There was a 1/2 eaten bag of chips under one bed, an open drink under the couch, and the shower curtain was so filthy that we had all 5 guests use one shower. We actually went and bought blankets because the comforters on the beds were dirty and there were no back-up blankets in the villa. The appliances were all very clean and appeared new. The bedrooms were both nice and comfortable. The beach, pool and Hilton grounds were lovely and made the vacation great. Overall, we had a great time, but I would definitely recommend improving on the cleaning and maintenance done prior to each guest's arrival.

The pictures make the condo look much bigger than it actually is. It is very small. But very beautiful and kept nice. The shower is gorgeous but leaks out water under the door. Water falling over the floor used all our towels on it. Need quarters for washer and dryer, which is totally fine just wish we knew ahead of time. Wonderful location, couldn’t ask for a better location. No salt and pepper for food, and no pantry space if you get groceries. Just tiny things like that. But if you don’t have kids and don’t need groceries it’s a ten out of ten.

Relaxing Stay

My husband and I loved our stay at the condo. It was clean and included everything we needed. Loved the beach/pool access. It is close to great restaurants and shops. Enjoyed running at Sea Pines Forest Preserve just down the road. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Visit

Ideal location to shops, beach, pools, food…we rarely needed our car. The oceanview description is a tiny spot leaning off the balcony you can see water through trees, just something to know in advance. It was a perfect space, clean, comfortable and quiet.

It was a beautiful place and right on the beach. The pool is very nice and where we spent most of our time. The owners were very responsive when we needed them. Even when we got in at 10pm.
