“Paradise Palms” is a sparkling clean, beautifully updated ground floor oceanfront condo at Amelia Surf & Racquet Club, thoughtfully designed for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

Step right out your private patio door and you’re just moments from the beach or one of two community pools. No elevators, no stairs - just effortless access to Amelia Island’s wide, sandy shoreline.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a cozy meal or enjoy takeout with an ocean view. The dining table overlooks the water, making even a simple breakfast feel special.

Our light-filled living area features two comfortable Pottery Barn sofas layered with plush pillows and soft throws - the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun. Watch a movie, read a book, play a game, or simply relax while listening to the waves.

The ocean-view primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, blackout curtains for restful sleep, convenient USB outlets, and a bedside clock with Bluetooth speaker. You can also step directly onto the patio from the bedroom and start your morning with coffee and sea air.

Enjoy comfortable patio seating, ideal for a glass of wine at sunset or a quiet dinner while listening to the ocean.

Paradise Palms is ideally located between The Ritz-Carlton and Omni Amelia Island Resort, with easy access to world-class dining, spa services, and golf. Downtown Fernandina Beach, state parks, and countless water activities are just a short drive away.

Our condo is located in Building C, which is not scheduled for construction until a later phase in 2027. During the current phase, guests may experience weekday construction noise, dust, and reduced parking around the complex. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. We will share updates as the project progresses. Please see map in property photos for building locations!***

Paradise Palms was even better than the photos and descriptions of the property! The condo was super clean, spacious, and relaxing, the bed and couches were incredibly comfy, and the patio was a perfect spot from where to watch the sunrise and sip coffee! And the beach!! Gorgeous, uncrowded, and so easily accessible from the condo! Overall, we loved everything about our stay and will definitely book again! Thx Sarah and Michael for a perfect spot to celebrate our 34th anniversary!

Our host was great. The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. An easy walk on the beach every day, golf, horse back beach ride, shopping downtown and site seeing. What a great time. The condo felt like a home away from home!

Ground floor beach view, full kitchen w/ washer & dryer was wonderful. Adequate closet space, super large TV, beach chairs, towels & beach umbrella was a nice addition. Amenities such as TP, paper towels and garbage bags were helpful, although we brought our own, never know how well stocked a condo will be. Very nice sliding glass doors leading outside to the porch w/ access from the master bedroom & living room. Bathroom was small but functional. Would definitely recommend! Hosts were responsive and friendly.

Relaxing vacation

Lovely condo unit just steps away from the pool and beach. Very tastefully decorated with everything you need for your stay. Family friendly and very quiet which is just what we were looking for for our vacation.

Paradise Palms was a delightful place to stay. The beach is lovely and on the quiet end of the island, yet grocery is 5 minutes away. 15 minutes to Fort Clinch for shark tooth hunting and downtown restaurants. Hosts were very responsive. Very minor issues - wash cloths could've been thicker, we didn't realize we should bring shampoo, and the pillowtop on the bed wasn't comfortable for those with bad backs that need a stiffer mattress. Beach chairs, cooler for lunch, and patio furniture were great. Check-in & out was a breeze. We would stay again.

Wonderful Getaway

This was a wonderful getaway for our anniversary. Everything was just lovely. The condo is decorated beautifully and very welcoming. It is an easy walk to the pool and beach. Sitting on the patio listening to the ocean was so soothing and relaxing. We loved our time here!

Loved the unit and location. Walk right out to the pool or continue down the path to the beach. Loved the sunrise and mornings on the beach. Great hosts and accommodations. Plan to be back.

A short vacation to remember !

What to say… Amelia Island was a lovely place to visit! Mary and I were so relaxed we did not want to leave! The accommodations were GREAT, and all the restaurants we visited were to die for! Amelia Island Cruises and Fort Clinch were both great excursions! We will be back!!!

Hi, and welcome to "Paradise Palms"! We are Michael and Sarah Harris. We live in Atlanta full time, but Amelia Island is our favorite place to visit. We got married in 2010, and for our 10th wedding anniversary we purchased this adorable oceanfront condo. We are so thankful that we own this little slice of heaven - and that we get to share it with you! (We also own the 1BR/1BA unit next door, VRBO ID 2578408).

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

"Paradise Palms" is an easily accessible, ground floor unit at the beautiful Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. We love pulling up to this quiet end building, easily rolling in our luggage, and walking right out to the beach or pool. We are also big fans of the beaches on the southern end of the island. It's a little quieter and a little less crowded here - not to mention sandwiched in between all the amenities of both the Ritz Carlton and the Omni Resorts!

We've made every effort to make sure this is a comfortable, well-equipped retreat for you! We offer beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, tennis racquets and outdoor games for your enjoyment in the sunshine. If you need a break from the sun, we have provided cable TV, a Google Chromecast to stream your favorite shows, free WIFI, a Blu-Ray/DVD player, games, puzzles and books. We sincerely hope you have a GREAT time while you are here, and that you'll come visit again soon!
