Beautiful ocean views!!! Homeowners were very sweet with leaving a lot of communications for the condo and included an assortment of restaurant and activity notes. Condo was fully stocked with the essentials making our stay very easy and relaxing.

My sister and I just stayed here for our 10th annual sisters adventure and it has been our favorite accommodation to date! This condo checked all the boxes for us. First of all, the view really is that spectacular. The bed was extremely comfortable, firm with a soft top. Quality mattress. The kitchen was well appointed with toaster, great blender, both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig, pots, pans, just everything you could possibly need. Another great surprise/perk is that the hosts provided things that you more often than not need to purchase or bring along like toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry detergent, etc. There was a huge amount of local information provided. You can tell just how much work was put into creating the binders of information. There was even a pair of binoculars which was nice for bird watching. The condo cooled down efficiently and quickly. The condo was very clean, but comfortable and not stuffy or full of glass tables and breakables. It was such a comfortable place. Like staying with a friend. There is a trash chute just outside the condo which was such a convenience. And the elevator was just across as well. When we were there we only rode the elevator with someone else twice. The building was uncrowded and quiet. The pool was never crowded and sometimes we had it to ourselves. The beach was maybe a 2 minute walk and was mostly on a wooden walkway which made it quick and easy with a shower at the end for cleaning off sand.

You get what you pay for.

The bathroom needs major help. The beach chairs were unusable. The unit was doable and again you get what you pay for.

Very nice property

Condo was very clean and well accommodated. Being on the 4th floor allowed for a perfect ocean view and you’re only steps away from the beach. Everything you needed for your stay in this condo was thought of by the owner. Highly recommend, would definitely consider coming back.
The early morning sunrise…beautiful.

Cynthia was an excellent host!! Lots of information and very thoughtful of our stay. Location was as described and perfect for our needs. Bed was too firm for our tastes, but seems right for most based on other reviews.

Disappointed

First of all, Beautiful view. Condo very dirty, had to clean out the refrigerator, old food dried stuck on and in freezer, used juice bottles, etc, grease all over stove top, microwave was disgusting with dried stuck on food, countertops, dirty with food crumbs. The bathroom needs to be totally redone, but the commode was filthy, had to vacum the hair up before I got on my hands and knees to scrub the commode. I do not appreciate having to clean up after the previous guest before we could even unpack! The washer only works with the hot water only, the TV in the living room loses its volume on the channel you are watching after about 2 hours, the dishwasher and garbage disposal didn't work, finally figured out the breaker was off. I don't think the garbage disposal is really working? The bathroom sink stopped up, we found some Draino or something to unstop it. The condo is old, needs a total remodel, cracked floor tiles, mismatched old outdoor looking carpet, old formica countertops, with chipped paint wooden trim. My only regret is that I didn't take pics to post. But, at least the next guest will find it much cleaner than we did. We will not be back. We have stayed in 2 other Condo's in this complex and this one was the most disappointing.

Additional Amenities

The place was outstanding. Although not listed as amenities, I want to highlight that the lounge chairs on the deck were nice for enjoying morning coffee, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were provided, and the host also provided some coupons to local seafood places which were excellent while saving us some money as well.

Relaxation at it’s best!!!

Gorgeous, breathtaking ocean views from every room in this condo (except bathroom)! Short walk to a beautiful beach (or pool if you prefer). Saw many gopher tortoises — one was actually walking down the shoreline of the beach! Cynthia has thought of everything and anything you need to make your stay more comfortable. I highly recommend this condo and visiting Amelia Island! Thank you Cynthia for providing a relaxing, comfortable, and most enjoyable accommodations!!

Great place. Amazing view!!

My wife and I loved this condo, especially the ocean views from both the den and the bedroom. The complex was in a great location on the island, was close to a number of great restaurants, had a great pool and getting to the ocean took no time at all. Our property manager was great to work with and made everything very easy. There were even well placed notes in the condo that seemed to answer every question that popped into mind while we were there. The only slight problem we had was that the elevator went on the fritz a couple of times, but it seemed to get fixed very quickly each time. One suggestion (not criticism) is that the bathroom probably needs an upgrade/remodel fairly soon. Overall though this was just a wonderful place to spend a week.

This condo is in a well-maintained complex on the quiet tree-shaded end of the island. On the back side of the complex is a hike and bike trail, and on the other side is the ocean with a sandy beach.
