Recently updated Emerald Isle 1104, in the heart of Pensacola Beach! 1104 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the Beach that has a Million Dollar view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Unit 1104 is on the 11th floor offering a very short walk across to the beach. This unit gives you plenty of room for a family or couples retreat. It features a private Gulf front balcony to relax and soak in the sunshine with your morning beverage and evening dinner. The balcony has access to the living room and master suite and a bright modern kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials to ensure you can have home- cooked goodness even on vacation.

The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, accented back splash with under cabinets lighting. The eat at bar allows the whole family to enjoy mealtime together. The master bathroom has a beautiful new remodeled walk-in tile shower with a Rainforest shower head, including a handheld anti slip shower wand and relaxing seating bench The bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen TV and newly replaced ceiling fan with remote.

The guest bedroom has a spacious queen bed, large flat screen TV, and new ceiling fan with remote. A cozy newly purchased sleeper sofa can be found in the living for extra guests. The living/dining room has recently elevated new furnishings, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan with remote, 6 person dining room table and buffet. Unit 1104 is a spectacular part of the Pensacola Beach fun experience! Property has 2 pools, hot tub and fitness room overlooking the Gulf. There is on-site security, parking and secure entry gate. Property is within walking distance, and Seasonal free trolly rides to restaurants and shops. Come experience one of the best soft quartz sandy beaches in Florida!

The property was nice & the condo was very clean. I was very unhappy when, 7 days before we arrived, I received a phone call from the condo handlers & we were told we could only have 1 parking space instead of the 2 parking spaces that were in our rental agreement. We were even more irritated when we realized they were taking our parking spot so they could sell the parking space for 250 a day for one parking spot!

Parents vacation

The place is very good. A little disappointed that I talked to somebody else who was renting two bedroom2 bath in the same place and they had two free umbrellas and chairs where we had to rent them. Also, the number they gave me to rent. The guy told me I had to rent for three days or nothing. So I went down to the beach and they rented them to me for one day. The small bathroom has not been updated. The shower is hard to start needs updating. There aIs no extra stuff if you rent this place.

Emerald Isle Condo

Emerald Isle was a beautiful location for our family's spring break vacation. The condo was perfect for the three of us and had everything we needed to cook meals in and it was close enough to walk to many local restaurants. The management did a great job of keeping us informed throughout our stay.

The complex is very nice. The fact that you have to use a code everytime you come in a door dissatisfting! The code never works, they change them and dont tell you. Otherwise the place is nice. Could use a tiki bar and grill!

Great stay at emerald isle

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view could not be better. I even saw a pod of dolphins from the balcony. I would recommend it to everyone. Thanks for a great vacation.

Perfect vacation

Everything about this condo was perfect. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Plenty of bath towels, dishes, glassware. Washer and dryer in the room helped so much. The pool and hot tub were kept clean with plenty of chairs. Security on site with gated entryway. The condo is within walking distance of several restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the near future.

Great beach getaway

Our family of 5 stayed here in late March and loved every minute! The property was clean and bright and very comfortable. Lots of closet and drawer space for clothes and suitcases. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The washer and dryer in the unit was so handy and we loved having a door code on the front door instead of having to use a physical key. So handy! Even though the unit is near the elevators, the noise did not carry into the condo. The extra sheets, blankets and pillows were a nice touch. The two pools and hot tub were always clean and enjoyed by our kids. We loved the easy access to the beach and little restaurants across the street. Perfect condo for our family of 5!

Perfect honeymoon!

This condo was perfect for our honeymoon! Beautiful, decorated tastefully and modern. Has everything you need, and the view is breathtaking. Owners/managers communicated well before, during, and after, and responded promptly to our question re: access codes. Definitely will be returning next year!
