Yearly girls beach trip

After we learned how to get in the door, LOL!, we had a great time. Room was awesome for our yearly girls beach trip. And with the security of the property we felt save.Will definitlly be back.

Great view and location

The view and location of the unit was perfect. We had a stunning view of the Gulf from the living room, bedroom, and balcony. There was convenient chair and umbrella rental at the end of the walkway to the beach, and a large choice of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.If you're looking to just rest and relax at the beach, this is a great spot.

We have stayed at Emerald Isle a few times - the condo was absolutely perfect for us. Everything is within walking distance which we love! Church service at Crabs was amazing and we were warmly welcomed. The Tiki Gut cruise on the bay was a great way to catch a sunset! I think this was our 10th beach trip to Pensacola.Only downside, I would highly suggest a tutorial of how to use the keypad to open the door - nothing more frustrating than when it’s hot and you have groceries on the way. One FaceTime call later and we were in-LOL!

This place is close to absolutely anything you want to do at Pensacola Beach. Condo is great with a good view. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else while visiting.

We enjoyed our stay. Pros: Beds were so very comfy!! Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beach chairs there although we brought our own. Balcony furniture was nice. Cons: One bed had sand in the sheets. There was some mold in the common bathroom on the baseboard. Very minimal furniture in bedrooms. BIGGEST PROBLEM - only one elevator working and we had the same problem when we stayed at Emerald Isle in June. LONG wait times for elevator.

April visit

We enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly as pictured and the description accurate. We had a few bumps but the management team was quick to respond. Property is clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We had a real challenge getting access to our condo. The instructions were cursory - they gave us three access codes - one for the parking lot, one for the building and one for the condo. However, other than the 3 six digit codes, there was no other instructions.The security video had six options - we weren't sure which ones to pick. Even when we got the correct option, we didn't realize we needed to include the condo number.Once we managed to enter the parking lot, we couldn't get the code to enter the building to work. We called the emergency number but the lady answering the phone spoke heavily accented Indian and obviously was not familair with the physical situation at our resort. We were standing in a very windy entry for almost 30 minutes and the wind chill was 18 degrees. Finally, a resident arrived at the front door and fortunately offered to let us in.When we got to the condo, we struggled with entry because the door to the condo was very hard to open -- you had to put your shoulder into it.Otherwise, we were reasonably happy with the condo.

Beautiful Room and Location, property management needs work.

Everything about the property was amazing. My complaint is that we didn't get a gate code or code to enter the building so we struggled in the beginning. We also had strange men enter our room to fix cable boxes without any warning. Also, they don't supply enough toilet paper, trashbags, or soap. I would rather pay a few extra dollars to have that stuff already there an available.

Great property!Views are fantastic, porch/balcony is stellar. We watched dolphins play, from the bedroom window. Pools are very nice, cleaned each morning. Easy walk to the beach, and plenty of room for setting up your own chairs, which the property has a lot of for your use!Clean rooms and bathrooms. Master bath has a very relaxing rain head shower, as well as a secondary handheld sprayer. The bed is the only thing that needs something done about it. It's set only on a metal frame, and with every turn or movement is incredibly loud and creaking, like it's set up on pieces of plywood or something. It wasn't an uncomfortable sleeping surface, but it definitely is in dire need of sprucing up. A nice bed frame would go a long way.Kitchen was a bit bare bones, but usable enough. Bring your own seasonings, if you plan on cooking. Fridge is very roomy.It took a few tries to get the codes workable, but once we did it wasn't a problem. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and a great location.

It’s great to hear you found the pools, beach access, and roomy layout all to your liking. As for the kitchen, it’s stocked with the basics, but we don’t leave perishables like spices behind (we promise we’re not hoarding the cinnamon, just keeping things safe and sanitary). noise and major mess in using elevator a lot of wasted time and several times had to use stairs going up 7 floors was a major issue . being waked up early morning by hammer drills every day unacceptable we had to check out early due to death of my wife’s mother and told no refund have a nice day. this just capped off a very bad experience not worth the cost. the bunk beds for grown up was a complete joke.
