Welcome to Springdale Resort-Cruso, NC!

As a guest at Springdale, you will enjoy all that the mountains have to offer. Under the shadow of Cold Mountain, you will feel the seclusion of being a mountain guest with amenities that will refresh and recharge your soul.

Our Treehouses are perfect for individuals or large groups with a covered pavillion for grilling or having drinks with friends. This is the perfect spot for family gatherings!

Each Unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, each with their own private bathroom. Housekeeping service is provided upon request.

As a Springdale Resort guest, you have access to our 24-hour fitness facility as well as our pool and hot tub (9 AM -9 PM), open seasonally. Springdale has onsite dining, the Rocky Face Tavern. Please visit our website or Open Table for current hours and the latest menu. Our restaurant is open to the public.

Guests can also enjoy our 18-hole championship golf course with sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our course and driving range are open to the public

Springdale Resort is just minutes from Mt. Pisgah and the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to Waynesville, 30 minutes to Asheville. We are right across from the Pigeon River where you can feel that cool mountain water and maybe even catch a fish or two!

Perfect getaway!

We loved the Treehouse lodge! The property was extremely clean and had an amazing secluded atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this property for quick weekend getaway before school starts back and didn't want to leave. The property was just as pictured in the listing and the view was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be staying again soon!

Nice place! Diamond in the rough.

Perfect getaway! No full kitchen but there is a fridge and microwave. Going into the stay was a bit rough but the resort is in the works. I would love to come back after everything is finished. Property manager is very responsive.

Asheville trip!!

We 3 adults and a 15 and 17 year old used the treehouse as a place to stay during our Asheville trip. Although not the closest option we chose because my daughter runs 6-8 miles every morning and thought this would be a safer option for her vs. closer to town. The village of 6 treehouses was very cool and would be great if you had a large group of friends and just wanted to hang and have a good time or golf or both. This was a little far for an Asheville hub but we did it so it can be done. Took about 45 minutes to get to downtown and we did a lot of hiking and most of the hiking spots were over an hour. Looks like they are trying to add some amenities to the golf course community with a club house with bar and restaurant which would be nice. Very pretty and safe area.

Adorable, remote location. efficiency treehouse

We just got back from our stay and it was very nice. We went with our 3 kids ages 6-11 . We got to spend some much needed family time without distractions . The treehouse was clean and very suitable for except for lack of kitchen and grilling accommodations. The location was les than desirable as it is 30 min easily from anything. I mean anything. We were not prepared for how remote the location is as far as grocery, dining and things to do. Also, weren’t prepared for grilling only food options. Communication was wonderful and they did remind us a few days before that there wasn’t a full kitchen which I still didn’t prepare fully enough for a True glamping experience . We made a trip the second day about 30 min away for ice, grill tools, charcoal and flash lights. The neighborhood and golf course was very nice and there are definitely plans to make this a really great place and I can very much see that. It’s just not there yet. Maybe a list of local places to visit, golf cart rental info and local trails would have helped? We’re pretty well traveled and good at making the most of any situation, which we did for two days. We left a night early. People were so friendly. If your looking for a very remote, quiet trip this place is perfect just plan to pack everything you need and know that any outing or attractions will be a 1/2 day or Full day trip
